Не понимаю, почему такой высокий рейтинг у этого отеля..также пишут, что якобы есть бесплатный трансфер из/в аэропорт, я прочитала отзывы и забронировала этот отель, но трансфер не предоставили ( ночью для соло женщины это крайне невозможно)..постель очень неудобная, подушки, как камень..Рядом отель с трансфером и удобной постелью за почти такую же цену..Единственное, что понравилось это доброжелательный менеджер на регистрации..

The hotel checked all the right boxes: • Very Smooth Communication – Booking and arranging the airport pick-up was seamless, with prompt responses and clear coordination. • Neat and Clean Rooms – Well-maintained, fresh, and inviting. • Free Airport Pick-Up & Drop – Super convenient and hassle-free. • Freshly Cooked Breakfast – Complimentary and served hot. • Comfortable Beds – Fresh white sheets and soft pillows ensured a good night’s sleep. • Quick Room Service – Even though the food was ordered from outside, it arrived faster than standard in-house service. • Spotless Bathrooms – Clean towels, running hot water, and excellent hygiene. • Helpful & Courteous Staff – Always available and willing to assist. Overall, it’s a great value-for-money option for anyone needing a reliable and comfortable stay near Kochi Airport.

It was great experience with very polite staff and amazing room with view, we also got dining table and balcony, but at night ac started making noise which was not good, but next day staff very politely on it again for us and let us stay in room even after check out. Main problem was ants, which covered our food bag, but overall experience was nice. Breakfast was also nice and heavy, we loved it.

Booked for 3 adults, but only a double bed is provided. When shown the booking details they replied that they will not provide an additional bed. If needs an additional bed i had to pay additional amount, moreover, no tea, or breakfast is provided. It is a horrible experience for our family
