We traveled to this place with our infant with the only expectation of getting a pyramids view and considering the heat, flexibility to be very close to the pyramids at Giza. The location is one of the best in the vicinity, and gives a direct view of the Sphinx. We were welcomed by warm staff (Duniya) and greeted to the terrace wherein the pyramids and the sphinx were lit at night. It was a dusty evening, but the overall atmosphere was great. The incident that has set this stay apart from the others was a personal episode. The next day we chose to visit the major locations of Cairo side like the NMEC and Khan-al-Khalili, and some shopping. En route, my wife lost her phone and we were extremely stressed out in the evening, with all her contacts and memories on the phone. This is the instance when the hospitality of the hotel came into picture. Nearly everyone on the reception staff was aware of the situation, and they started going out of their way to help her. Be it calling the taxi at night and asking (more like instructing) to do whatever it takes to find the phone, to go at each and every place in Cairo and Giza we had been. Language is a constraint, and at each and every instant we wanted a person of trust to translate Arabic to English for us, and in addition, to provide guidance. Ashour at the reception constantly kept calling on my phone to ask updates. They even arranged for a late breakfast for us. To cut the story, we did FIND the phone and there was a happy story in the end. I have to place emphasis on the fact, that Cairo and Egypt functions on a different set of principles that involves a lot of over selling. If we can separate that emotion, and trust on such people who are really willing to help (they still might want to sell you a package ;)), sets the experience apart. They even treated our young kid with a friendship band. The restaurant food quality could be improved, but please remember, first and foremost its a tourist place with a very high footfall. I would like to visit Cairo again, and without a beat stay at this place. Thanks Duniya and Ashour for us to make our stay a very memorable one.

Excelente atención, servicio y habitaciones muy comodas con todo lo que necesitas. La terraza es un lugar único para pasar el tiempo teniendo de fondo las maravillosas piramides de Giza. Todo su personal son super atentos, tratando siempre de hacerte sentir como en casa, La mejor atención al cliente.

My wife and I wanted to avoid the ”resort” life when visiting the Giza pyramids, so choosing the Pyramids Valley Boutique Hotel was absolutely perfect. Pyramids Valley is a quaint and personable hotel that sits literally 100 feet from the entrance to the Giza Necropolis. Our room was in the interior of the hotel; it was always clean, cool, very quiet. Perfect for an afternoon nap after a day in the Egyptian sun. The window faced another building, which was no problem, because ten steps out of our door was the rooftop patio restaurant, with a mind blowing view of the Sphinx and pyramids.  We ate at the rooftop restaurant several times and the food was amazing each time. Naturally you cannot beat a meal with the pyramid light show going on in front of you. Waitstaff were great! The entire staff of the hotel were very friendly, always with a smile, and willing to help in any way possible. Upon arrival, the manager gave us his phone number, and he was quick to respond to any questions I had. He also arranged a car to take us on a day excursion to Saqqara. The driver was professional and very affordable. Our evenings were spent on the rooftop gazing at the pyramids and listening to the vivid nightlife of the city of Giza. Our Drink of choice was the ”lemon mint” drink, the best we had during our stay in Egypt.  We were in Giza at the end of March/early April, mid 70s during the day, but bring a jacket for the chilly nights. Overall we had zero complaints during our stay, we felt as if we were leaving family behind on our way out the door. We will be back to Pyramids Valley in the very near future.

La vista es lejos la mejor del sector y hay muchos hoteles. Los encargados excelentes !!! La gente que atiende muy simpáticos. Lo único no recomendable son los taxis de vuelta al hotel. Si el servicio contratado cuesta 620 libras egipcias por llevarte al hotel por emo tour. Un uber de vuelta a las 10.00 de la mañana cobra 350 simple 450 comfort. el taxi que recomiendan (amigos de los que te llevan la maleta) peleando el precio cobra 550 con un auto de mala calidad con una conducción más que mala y el chófer al final del viaje peleando por obtener propina sobre el dinero acordado obviamente no accedi, Lo único malo de toda la experiencia. Entiendo que cada persona que te habla en Giza quiere una propina pero este señor fue muy desagradable. ...El hotel magnífico volvería sin dudarlo y al final en uber, por ningún motivo taxis.

It's a nice place especially if you want to be close to the pyramids, antiques and it's a touristic place to enjoy in Egypt, I recommend it .for foreigners it's a suitable price for economic trips and interesting to ride a horse and Camel in the desert
