If travelling for business or attempting to set up a group sales contract-be very careful with this hotel. There is a lack of professionalism and follow through on the part of the group sales team. I attempted to make arrangements for my 2025 family reunion. There was no follow through. After three phone calls, I finally was able to reconnect with the original sales person, Capreia, who was attitudinal & apparently overworked. Knowing that I had called three times, she still put me on hold for an extended period and did not even remember our initial contact-nor had she documented the extended contact we previously had. I don't know about you, but I will not beg a business to accept my money. And, I will not tolerate disrespect and disregard. My interactions with this hotel inform me that this would be a challenging business partnership. I opted to go elsewhere after wasting three weeks just to receive a call back. Capreia's response was: "That is perfectly your choice." The front desk manager was apologetic but stated he cannot do anything about the sales department as Capreia is the Director of Sales.
