Here’s a feedback on our recent stay (29 Dec - 30 Dec):
Overall, our check-in process went smoothly and didn’t take long, which we really appreciated. However, I did notice a few areas that could use improvement.
Upon check-in, we were given towel cards, but despite booking for 3 guests, we only received 2 towel cards for the pool and beach area. It would be helpful if the number of towel cards matched the number of guests on the reservation.
Additionally, it seems the hotel may still be experiencing a shortage of towels. In our room, we were only provided with 2 bath towels and were unable to request any extras. Having additional towels available would greatly enhance guest comfort.
Regarding our room, while it appeared clean at first glance, the bathroom had a noticeable odor, and the toilet bowl had visible stains. The bedsheet also had some stains. A little more attention to detail during the cleaning process would significantly improve the experience.
For breakfast, we appreciated that it was included with our stay, but the additional 600 PHP charge for an extra guest felt a little high considering the limited food selection. The options were quite basic—rice (plain and garlic), noodles (pansit), corned beef, lumpiang shanghai, scrambled eggs, pancakes, and corn soup. The salad bar had minimal offerings, primarily greens with a few other vegetables.
The bread selection was also limited to pandesal with 2-3 spreads, and unfortunately, the coffee was not very enjoyable. Expanding the variety of dishes and improving the quality of beverages would make the breakfast experience much more appealing and feel like better value for the price.
I hope this feedback is helpful, and I appreciate the staff’s efforts in ensuring a pleasant stay. I look forward to seeing improvements during our next visit.
