None of the phone numbers work on their web page. I also filled out a contact form on their site but have not been contacted. It seems impossible to contact anyone. I booked a night in November but didn't get confirmation. I just received an email thanking me for my stay.... I am worried something is wrong but can't reach customer service. Never had this problem with a hotel before. We are excited about staying as the hotel looks amazing and came very highly recommended... If management checks these reviews please help..... If we get this ironed out and stay we will provided a detailed review here.

A nuestro arribo para pasar Año Nuevo y días posteriores , experimentamos la cordialidad y eficiencia del equipo del front desk . Gracias a la actitud comprensiva y proactiva de Mr Donaven pudimos gozar de una espléndida habitación con vista al Parque Acuático y asombrarnos con los fuegos artificiales de Bienvenida de 2023.

Las suites de confort en el paraíso de Bahamas están en una ubicación segura. El restaurante de la marina de Anthony es el único cercano a un auténtico y asequible restaurante a pie. El restaurante en el lugar en las suites de confort es muy caro y la comida no es grande. Las suites de confort están junto a la puerta del resort Atlantis, que es increíble. El hotel de la habitación 251 tiene una puerta de cristal rota y el gerente en la noche de 6/1 fue muy bueno. El hotel está en una zona de 2 estrellas, donde se encuentran los mejores de los que se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad. El desayuno debe incluir bacon, salsa, gritos, mantequilla de ovejas, pasteles, huevos abrasados y una selección de huevos cocidos duro. También hay que cocinar bien los salsa de cerdo. Amar la selección de frutas y bebidas. El hotel está situado en el centro de Atlantis, donde se encuentran los paseos de los paseos de Atlantis, pero el paseo de los paseos de todos los días es demasiado. También me gusta llamar mi propio taxi no pedir a la mesa delantera para llamar. Debería darse a los huéspedes una lista de cabinas de taxi fiables y seguras. No me siento cómodo llegar a un taxi aleatorio esperando fuera del lobby o tener una llamada del mesa delantera.

The resort is beautiful! The room was very nice with a huge balcony, a great bed and we really enjoyed having the kitchenette for snacks as food is very expensive in the Bahamas. The location of the hotel is good as well and close to the Bahamar without all the kids/noise. The hotel is quiet, making it easy to sleep in on vacation. The pool and beach are also lovely with plenty of chairs. The food at the resort was just o.k., but we had a car and were able to go out to other restaurants. Several times the outdoor restaurant was out of ingredients to make a item. We did not experience food outages at other restaurants we drove to. The coffee bar was very good. We did not try the main restaurant at the hotel. There was only one. Food choices are limited here. Where the hotel falls short is on service, except for housekeeping. They were very good. We have stayed in many 5 star Caribbean resorts and the service here is lacking for a resort that considers themselves this level. The staff are very friendly, but I think Bahamians are friendly in general. It's great to be friendly but it helps if they actually provide a service. At the beach one day, we had three workers watch us get towels and move our chairs under an umbrella on the beach while they seemed quite content to watch us. After we had gotten the chairs in position, one ask if we needed another towel? Geee...thanks, uh no. One lady at the front desk was very rude when I entered the resort from the front door looking for a lobby bathroom, demanding to know what my room number was in the way of a greeting. Before we left to go home I questioned her rude behavior. She stated security had called the front desk to question me. I think she was lying as I was a nicely dressed woman sporting a Goldwynn bracelet ( your room key) and carrying a Goldywynn water bottle from our room. Also we had just driven in the gate to the hotel which was opened by security when they saw our wristbands.I still have no idea what got into her, or why she though it was o.k. to treat a guest this way. It certainly put a damper on my vacation, and I hope she does not treat another guest this way. One shinning star was Kevin at the pool/beach. He was awesome! He went out of his way to be sure you had everything you needed. Bottom line between the rude front desk worker and below par service we would not stay at the Goldwynn again. It's a shame because it really is a beautiful resort.

Hermoso resort al frente del mar, tiene estilo moderno y está muy nuevo, cuenta con una playa muy linda pero se llena bastante con la gente de los cruceros que pasan el día, nosotros nos quedamos en el hotel que está al lado One Particular Harbour que hace parte del resort pero es más tranquilo y más privado porque las personas del crucero no pueden entrar a esta zona y fue muy agradable. Las piscinas son hermosas, especialmente la de adultos en la terraza, la piscina con parque acuático es muy concurrida por las personas de los cruceros. La comida es muy rica pero no hay muchas opciones de restaurantes. Los cruceros pasas por el frente del hotel todos los días y se ubican casi al frente y es muy entretenido verlos llegar y partir.
