Hotel es lindo, pero no hay nadie que hable español. Los lugares para comer no son muy variados ya que cuentan con un menú fijo. Las habitaciones hermosas y limpias, aunque algún día se les pasó por alto limpiarlas. La paya es bella, hay que llegar temprano para conseguir reposeras con sombra. No es de los mejores all inclusive que he visitado pero está bien.

Pesimo todo ! Hotel sin mantenimiento..Personal sin preparacion. NO HAY BUFFET !! NO SE DEJEN ENGAÑAR...solo comidas a la carta con 5 opciones y chatarra !! Pedimos un plato de fruta..no hay ! Desayuno espantoso! Decepcionados.. Club Level no ofrece nada !!! Vayan a otro hotel..no gasten en este..venido abajo !!

Estuvimos en el Hotel de viajes de novios , el hotel una maravilla , el personal muy simpáticos y atentos. La calidad de la comida de 10 , todos los restaurante una calidad brutal . Y lo mejor de todo sin duda el personal de animación en especial Heidy y Jarleni nos lo hicieron pasar genial . Una nota a destacar el idioma sólo hablan el inglés muy cerrado no nos gusto que un hotel que recibe continuamente turistas españoles no tenga a nadie que hable español y las cartas de las restaurantes no las tengas en todos los idiomas aunque sea en digital .

Lo primero que no he llegado a ir a este hotel por el trato recibido cuando he pedido información acerca de un par de temas que me interesaban antes de ir Creo que Bahamas no es el estilo de los europeos que nos desvivimos por ser atentos , amables y educados. Después de un mes de pedir info, me contestaron que llamara por teléfono yo misma para enterarme de las cosas. Vamos , vergonzoso. Asi que cambio de destino

Hemos venido al Sandals confiando en su gran calidad para terminar por todo lo alto el viaje de nuestra luna de miel. Entrar en nuestra habitación especialmente catalogada como luna de miel fue una decepción total. No entendemos como una habitación de luna de miel no tiene nada de decoración romántica como venden en su publicidad. Además, las vistas al jardín son en realidad vistas a la casa del vecino de enfrente, nada que te haga pensar que estás en Las Bahamas. La habitación es muy pequeña, incluso para poder sentarte en el baño, tienes que cerrar la puerta antes. También la tienes que cerrar para entrar en la ducha porque si no no tienes espacio para entrar. Independientemente de que haya habitaciones superiores, existen unos mínimos que te esperas en un hotel de 5 estrellas, y esta habitación no corresponde para nada con lo esperado en un hotel de 5 estrellas. Después de muchas reclamaciones y tratar de cambiar a una habitación superior pagando el importe correspondiente, a los 2 días nos ofrecen el cambio a una habitación igual en pisos más altos, con mejores vistas pero sin balcón. No hemos aceptado porque sigue sin cumplir los mínimos que esperábamos para el que pensábamos sería el viaje de nuestra vida. Es una lástima que publiciten y tengan disponibilidad de habitaciones especiales para luna de miel sin ninguna cortesía hacia los huéspedes y sin ser una habitación digna para este tipo de viajes que son tan especiales y únicos para quienes lo realizan. Deberían cuidar mejor a los huéspedes que confían en esta cadena para el viaje más importante de su vida y ser más honestos con la realidad de las habitaciones porque es injusto sentirse engañado. En cuanto a instalaciones comunes, piscinas, la isla, el hotel está muy bien. Esperamos que con esta reseña, rectifiquen y futuras parejas no se vean afectadas.

Overall a great experience, there were a couple of things that could be improved, we encountered some rude staff at Tesoro but that was not the norm. Shout out to Jason and Philip at the piano bar they were amazing. Every time we had any interaction with Static and Justin it was a blast. Did have a few problems with towel shortage however it was resolved quickly through the Gina app.

There are many great things about this resort but there are also some mediocre things. First, the Aralia house (on the island) is the best lunch spot. Our waitress, Shawnelle, was perfect! She waited on us twice of the three times we went to the island. She is well spoken and delivered our food as ordered. This was not a common occurrence- a couple places lacked the hospitality that we are accustomed to at sandals. Our orders were either half right or very late. Like they forgot about us. This had not happened to us at any other sandals so it was surprising. The next downside was the coffee (I love morning coffee) and normally sandals had a dedicated coffee shop at their resorts. This was the exception- a small food truck was the coffee shop and honestly the coffee was not good. As mentioned the food was just ok. The best thing was Soy- sushi and aralia. I think they need a little redo on this resort in the near future. We love sandals and will continue to visit various locations.

-This was a 10 night stay for our Honeymoon, and Sandals did not disappoint, we had an amazing time with wonderful service and such friendly staff and other guests. We have to commend all members of staff, there was never a day that we were not greeted with a friendly smile , a special mention to our housemaid Agreele who cleaned our room to a very high standard on a daily basis, we stayed in the West Bay 1118 club level on the ground floor, this was useful as so close to the pool. We had no problem getting sunbeds around either pools or on the beach, it was all about timing, we would choose the beach location in the morning then have lunch then find a space in the afternoon around the pool, We found the staff at the pool bars quick to serve us from the moment we approached the bar. The private island made a nice escape should you require that peace and tranquility, finding that little hideaway over there was idilic,nice little restaurant and pool . The restaurants were good and obviously the reservation ones a cut above the rest, but once you had eaten in there once you could rebook, of which we had no problem getting reservations again it is about what time you want to eat to how you can get a slot. We were Club level so the concierge was very useful,worth paying that little extra. We would also like to say a special thank you to all the American and Canadian guests that we met during our stay such wonderful people so friendly , The piano bar was great and Jason and Philip brilliant bartenders. Overall our stay was fantastic, memorable and so enjoyable,we highly recommend Sandals ,Royal Bahamian We look forward to booking and seeing you all again soon.
