Location in town is excellent. Great for large families as there are many bedrooms and bathrooms. Furnishings are appropriate for the era in which the property was built. The main issue is the lack of air conditioning on the main level. We were there in May, so it wasn't even that hot. Can't imagine staying here in the summer. Also, the property manager texted us that we left the doors open too long when we were unloading the car, so the hvac couldn't keep up? Were we being watched? Quite creepy and a poor excuse for broken AC...and we never complained about the AC. Really strange experience.

Nice location, kitchen was stocked with all items needed for cooking. Overall a great time was had here, created nice memories. Close enough to walk to all local stores. Enjoyable nights spent on porch with family.

We really had a great time at The Allison House. It was a charming old house that is in perfect condition. The place had everything we needed and is very very close to downtown nashville. What made it special was that we had a large group and the location allowed everybody to have fun in Nashville. Some people loved the Wine tour, while others enjoyed shopping and people watching. If you are thinking about staying in Nashville and you have a large group then you should definitely stay here.
