Anand Resort - A Luxury Private Pool Villa in Nashik

We stayed at Anand Resort for 3 nights and 4 days in the Paradise Suite, which includes access to a private swimming pool. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and far below the expectations set by the resort's pricing and claims. The suite had multiple issues: the bathroom had leakages, no proper bath towels were provided, and instead of the promised bottled water, we were given a Milton water jug filled with stale, foul-smelling water. Upon requesting a room change, we were moved—but the problems persisted. The second room had a broken napkin holder, no hand shower, and we had to resort to using a bucket to bathe. There were no support rods in the pool area either, raising serious safety concerns. We repeatedly asked for basic amenities such as body soap (which came in unlabelled bottles) and hot water, but even the basin lacked hot water. Despite several complaints to the manager, Mr. Sandeep, we were met with arrogance rather than concern. Instead of offering an apology or a solution, his response was dismissive—he even stated, “I was expecting it,” which was shocking. We also raised the issue with Namrata, who handles bookings. Initially, she assured us that compensation would be provided, and later sent an apology via message—but no compensation ever followed. Even their own policies were not upheld; their confirmation messages clearly mention bottled water will be provided, yet in reality, it’s just a jug with questionable water quality. For the amount being charged, the hospitality and service are completely unacceptable. We would not recommend this resort based on our experience.

Food is delicious ,awesome service. Inconvenience of electricity. Rooms , wash room & premises are neat & clean. I wish I visit again.. pool is slightly deep , not for kids without safety jacket. Playing area for kids , also available for open party vanue.

It was such a wonderful stay ,the resort is very beautiful and we enjoyed alot . And the food and service is also so good ,and best part it is very near to the temple .resort is covered with full greenery and the huge swimming pool area . Our kids had so much fun .

Excellent property, well maintained, Co-operative staff. And yes a great swimming pool. Highly recommended for family trips and vacation.best stay at Nashik-trimbakeshwar highway. Must visit their pool area. Food quality is amazin.

Every thing is almost perfect.. Only scope of improvement required in buffet breakfast.. More options/ items needed . Location n services are very good. Rooms are spacious n cozy. Good private parking available. Near to trimbek as well as nasik city

Gates were not manned most times. Electricity tonks off most times. Warm water not received for bathing. Though our rooms were upgraded we still had issues with warm water. No other guests present during out stay. Swimming pool was nice and staff are courteous.
