I am very happy with the service I received from each and every member of the Gateway. My relationship with Mr. R Tata goes a long way and its only because of this that I always choose Taj Group of hotels for my stay as much as possible. I would like to give a shout out to Mr. Yuvaraj Ghatage for his exceptional customer handling skills. I was travelling with my pet Coffee and one of the meals provided made him sick. But when I raised my concern, it was given utmost importance, and the situation was managed very professionally by Mr. Ghatage. I really appreciate the way he treated my pet and that's the differentiating point from other hotels. I always prefer to choose you guys especially when I am travelling with my pet. You guys have proved that Ratan Tata's vision is in capable hands, and it will be maintained for generations to come.

A superb stay, words are futile to describe the experience. Being one of the oldest hospitality group in NASHIK, what you can expect is far more superior according to price range. Property is good and renovated very well(as per my observation). The location is just near the most of the site seeing places, in the centre of the town. The reception staff is very helpful, they try to solve the problem to their best. They also help to guide you for the site seeing if you are new for the city. And what I can say about the dining experience, it is the best among all. There are 3 types of restaurants available for your service. PANGAT - For THALI range, food lovers UDIPY - For veg lovers RANGAT - For Veg/Non veg and bar. We tried UDIPY and PANGAT, and found their meal and dinner very healthy and higenic and tasty. Even restaurants are listed on uber eats and Zomato also, so you can order their meal even if you are staying at other hotels

Firstly the name on map, and on property all are different. So-ma village has two separate stay places, which was not clear . The last time we went it was one property. A property within a property, the 7 villa hygiene was very poor. The new property regenta was where we stayed last time, previously 7 villa was not there. t mentions so-ma village resort and this led to average experience

Location and amenities -fab and excellent food. we went with our family, elderly and younger generation. great hospitality and clean premises, friendly and helpful staff. had a lovely get together after more than 2 yrs in great place- open green lawns and clear crisp air, lots of activity, game room facilities. 1 point- living room has sofa cum bed- no ac in living room, rest all bedrooms have ac and ensuite- comfortable for up to 8 people in the 2bhk villa

The food was delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from. The breakfast buffet had a good spread, catering to different tastes. However, there were a few minor issues. The Wi-Fi connectivity in the room was a bit inconsistent, which was slightly inconvenient. Additionally, the air conditioning could have been a bit more efficient, as it took some time to cool the room adequately. Despite these small setbacks, my stay at Hotel Express Inn Nashik was enjoyable, and I would recommend it for both business and leisure travelers. The executive rooms, in particular, offer good value for the price, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.
