The walk-out basement has a couch that converts to a comfortable queen bed. Enjoy ocean views from the rooftop decks. It's an easy walk to Roger Wheeler State Beach/Sand Hill Cove. Or walk to the secluded neighborhood rocky beach, where you can surf, explore the tide pools and collect critters at low tide, or build a beach fire to enjoy the sunset. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the home has a nice backyard for lawn games. The front deck is the perfect spot to grill, dine al fresco, and enjoy a good book and the ocean breeze. Walk to Iggy's, Aunt Carrie's, and Chair 5. It’s a quick drive or bike ride to Scarborough. There is a laundry room with washer, dryer, folding table, and plenty of space to hang damp towels. Newly installed AC! We have a great ocean breeze and often turn off the AC and listen to the waves break. The home has internet and YouTube TV for live tv in the living room. You can also login to your streaming services on both living room and basement tv. We provide pillows, comforters, and blankets. Renters bring sheets (1 Cal king bed, 3 queen beds), pillowcases, and all towels, or rent from Vacation House Linens. ****No parties or events. Our beach home is in a quieter neighborhood.
