Este es el peor hotel en diez ciudades de Italia. El olor es terrible, a formaldehído. No pude respirar durante dos días. La ubicación es difícil de encontrar en las montañas. Los huevos y las cebollas que acabo de comprar fueron robados del frigorífico de la cocina. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no calienta. Las sábanas no fueron cambiadas. Vi al camarero tirar la colcha al suelo mientras limpiaba. La cama es muy baja. Extremadamente incómodo para vivir con él. La habitación para diez personas era simplemente extremadamente incómoda. También hay camas en el techo. Este hotel es simplemente una tontería. El servicio de recepción es bastante bueno. Pero el hardware es terrible. Realmente es uno de los peores albergues en los que me he alojado.

ナポリの他のホステルもそうなのかも知れないが、入口を見つけ、入るのに手間取った。従業員はとてもフレンドリーで、中庭では卓球なども出来る。雰囲気がとても良かった。

La joya escondida es un eufemismo, ya que requiere algo de tiempo para encontrarla, pero vale la pena el esfuerzo y, una vez que te orientas, es muy fácil llegar a ella. El jardín es un remanso de paz en una ciudad frenética y las clases que imparten cada día aumentan la sensación de calma, pero está a sólo un corto paseo en ascensor hasta Piazza Dante y las desordenadas calles adoquinadas del casco antiguo. Un verdadero hallazgo.

Quite good rooms - quieter than a lot of hostels as the rooms seem quite sound proof from other rooms, though they are small if you're in a dorm. Nice rooftop terrace and courtyard gardens. Staff: some friendly and some (one) seem judgemental. Careful with the airport taxi they order for you - I think the Taxi driver they ordered for me scammed me. The driver wouldn't take the money when I tried to pay and started saying I owed him more - the hostel said 22.50, and he said no it was 25 euros because it was nighttime. As it was 4am and I was tired, I wasn't exactly going to start arguing, so I felt taken advantage of. Plus he then tried to give me back the wrong change, and I had to go to his window and ask for the rest of the money. The hostel needs to clarify this with guests, or use a different company.

By far the best hostel I have ever stayed at. Walking through the door you enter a little haven amongst the busy city - central but calm and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I loved the daybeds and hammocks in the garden outside but the best part was the rooms. Lovely wooden bunks with privacy curtains, comfy beds and pillows, complimentary towel and clean bathrooms, everything as pictured in the photos. You can tell a lot of thought and care was taken to make this the place that it is, the only downside to my stay was that it was sold out and I couldn’t extend!
