It also has a self-service breakfast restaurant, self-service laundry room, and self-service gym as leisure facilities. 新開的酒店，離高速口不遠，比較適合自駕，周邊幽靜，可以好好休息，沒啥吃飯的地方，吃飯就要開車到市區。
房間整潔，空間大，設計感很好，喝茶的沙發很舒服，窗外景色美，喝着茶看日落真的寫意！
特別贊下浴室，空間非常大，乾濕分離做得很好。
前台的女服務員還需要培訓，笑容不夠，怎老好像黑麪一樣，問她問題也不耐煩地回答……

雖然本次入住體驗不好，但還是客觀地評價這家酒店，這年頭確實誰都不容易。房間裝修品質保持了全季標準，服務態度一般般沒達到全季應有的水準，衞生沒啥問題，房間紗窗拉手壞了沒維修開窗和關窗不方便我還被夾了一下，還好沒什麼事。重點的是在外面玩了一天回到房間洗澡時竟然沒熱水了，衹好第二天早上再洗。當晚在打電話到前台説天氣冷設備出了問題，衹是前廳接待員解釋一下就沒然後了，管理人員根本沒意識出來處理客人問題和投訴。值得表揚的是攜程客服積極幫解決問題和維護客户權益，最後酒店才積極正視我的投訴。希望酒店管理層能夠加強服務意識和態度，還有儘快解決熱水問題。

感覺是在新城這邊，但回去步行街那邊不遠，去珠璣古巷車程大約25分鐘。裝修新，感覺舒服。洗手間大，房間能置物的地方也多。暖氣足。地板是木地板，感覺比地毯舒服乾淨。早餐可以，能滿足需求。服務人員可以，值得點贊。

我們從海南自駕上海途徑南雄，選擇了這家開業不久的全季酒店，酒店比較新，停車方便，房間面積大，硬件設施較完善，服務也比較好，咖啡不錯。

酒店比較新，交通便利，大馬路旁邊，有地下停車場，設施完善配套，早餐也不錯，房間都是智能家居馬桶，馬桶蓋坐上去是暖和的，很貼心。酒店旁邊沒什麼吃飯的地方，要麼開車往中心地帶去吃，要麼去旁邊中醫院附近一條小巷子裏的的私房菜，老吳私房菜，地方不大，私家小樓，但飯菜做得很不錯，有特色也不貴。

這次去帽子峯看銀杏林，也是第一次到南雄，就沒有訂景區那邊的民宿，選了市區的全季酒店，想着順便到南雄市區走走逛逛！
酒店很不錯，新裝修，停車方便。訂的高級大床房，入住時提出不要靠大路邊的房間，前台美女還給免費升級成商務大床房，房間裏設施和衞生都滿意，晚上太冷不想出門吃宵夜，叫了**外賣還能安排機器人送餐到房間，入住體驗非常好！

酒店的衞生，環境和服務都很不錯。
酒店裡香薰的味道很喜歡，機器人服務也是挺智能的。
酒店的地理位置也是挺好的，下高速不久就能到達酒店，車子可以停在地下停車場，也能停在酒店門口。過去附近的景區例如珠璣古巷和帽子峯旅遊景區也是很方便。
另外酒店的自助早餐挺不錯的，選了些平時吃的類型，食材新鮮，味道也很適合我們。
