Brand new modern 2 bedroom apartment

Excellent choice for weekend wedding guests The property was everything we hoped and more. Centrally located in Surfside- great access on foot to coffee/breakfast/lunch options. The apartment was very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed (though we did not cook). The bedrooms were comfortable, mattresses were great. The en-suite shower was luxurious with a wide bench and double rain shower heads. There was a cozy deck with seating for 2 and a backyard space for outdoor dining. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this listing!

45 Surfside The big problem with this property is the location. While the ground floor apartment was very clean it was very grey & functional. We found the beds uncomfortable and the living room also. Others may not agree with this. However, the location is not close to anything - you need a car and there are so many cars and 4wheel drives and the occasional truck parked at this property that parking can be tight. There are hundreds of bikes also. We hired a car because we needed it to see the island and to go into the town. You can cycle of course on Nantucket - but not many people did & really they cycled locally. The property Provides light cotton beach towels which we found to be too small. They should offer the use of beach chairs and an umbrella as we travelled from Europe and found the lack of these meant we were sitting in the full blast of the sun on the beach.

Close to town and Surfside beach 2nd stay. Great location and property.
