Posadas en Condado de Nantou

El hotel es muy agradable, sólo el problema es que la ubicación está un poco lejos de las dos ciudades, por lo que se necesita un taxi.

The location just near the lake. Cleanliness was ok. Hotel very very small. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a family operated hotel. They cleaned the room immediately when requested. Hotel was old. Breakfast was simple with vegetarian options. But could not eat. The non- veg smell came from the wedges or hash browns. All were served in the same tray. They even cooked some rice dumpling and a planted based cracker like food. But pure vegetarian will not be able to eat. Bread and conger were ok. Same food both days. Water dispenser on 3rd floor. No air-conditioning. The window cannot close airtight. Only a thin perforated mobile door on 1 side. The outside temperature was too cold and the room air-conditioning was not able to on. Very disappointing.

La habitación es muy buena, muy limpia, no hay AC pero el tiempo es frío. El plato caliente en la zona del escritorio frontal también parece ser bueno, es una lástima que no pudimos probar. El desayuno es variedad, incluso es un fácil alimento local pero realmente bueno sabor. Definitivamente recomendar y quiere volver si tienes oportunidad.

The hotel has everything you would expect from a quality operation, but what made this stand out was the friendly staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful, making our stay the highlight of our trip to Taiwan

The room is big and the same as the photos provided by the hotel listing. However, they gave us a room with a bathtub concept instead of the shower, hence, making the toilet wet when showering as there are no curtains. The view from the room is nice as it is facing the lake, may be able to catch sunrise if the weather is good.

The best part about this hotel (国民賓館) is its location. Bus 6664, 6658, 6659 all stop less than 80m from its entrance if you're using Nantou bus. It's along the main road which is easy for pickups if you're joining local day or night tours. Across the road from Little Swiss Garden. Even Cingjing Farm has signs along its walking paths directing visitors to the hotel. The other main benefit was that the room rates I paid on Trip.com included a pair of tickets to Green Green Grassland, Little Swiss Garden and a discounted ticket (only need top up 30TWD each) to the Cingjing Skywalk - pleasantly surprised to know this only at check-in although I knew beforehand that the room rates included basic Chinese breakfast for 2, which was another convenient point for guests. The hotel buildings and room was a bit dated, no aircon since the weather in the evening and morning is cooling. But the room, bed, utilensils and toilet were clean. The view from the room balcony and hotel garden was nice to view sunset.

I booked Lake View Quad 1 Room 2 Nights. Inside the room two large double beds were placed side by side on one side of the room, leaving a small passage to place your luggages and to move within the room. The two beds were sufficient for 4 pax. But the beds were so close, there was no walking space between them. One can only get out of the bed via the foot of the bed. This is not ideal for senior people who may need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. So if you are travelling with seniors, take the twin / double room instead. The savings is not worth it. Plus the room has really limited space for 4 adults to be moving around. The plus point for this hotel is that it has an amazing view of the lake and there are many shops along the street. Do note that the walls are thin, you can hear your neighbours next door, especially if they sat at the balcony. There was no shower curtain so the whole toilet was wet after our shower. We didn't use the tub as it was not easy for the seniors to sit inside. No amenities except Shampoo and Body Soap.

Habitación limpia y bonita. Increíble y nos encanta la vista 🪟😍. El baño es muy bueno y está limpio. La recepción y el personal son muy amables y atentos. Se puede ir andando a restaurantes, tiendas y servicios cercanos. El desayuno del hotel también es bueno.

這間飯店：夏緹，名字叫起來真好聽！這次訂的是雙人雙床房，給的像是四人房大，有個小陽台，衛浴設備乾淨整潔，沐浴乳和洗髮精洗手乳有特別註明不得私自取走，是真的好喜歡的味道…所以只能自己另外去櫃檯採購。馬桶是免治馬桶，很棒的住宿體驗…而且我還使用了trip.com的積分抵扣住宿費，簡直完美極了！而且飯店裡還有很多親子體驗活動，非常用心經營管理，櫃檯小姐和先生都很可愛欸！

The location is good, about 2 minutes drive from Ita Thao pier and just in front of the cable station going to Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village Theme Park. Front desk service is good. Room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The only thing I don’t like in this hotel is the breakfast.
