Un antiguo hotel de cinco estrellas con una excelente ubicación y el servicio del personal del hotel es excepcional. Hicimos una reserva temporal y llegamos tarde con nuestros hijos. La recepción mejoró la habitación para que pudiéramos ver la vista panorámica del parque Nanhu. Después de registr**** en la habitación, Huang Xinlian, gerente del departamento de habitaciones del piso, sirvió postres con entusiasmo y presentó en detalle las atracciones e instalaciones circundantes, lo que conmovió los corazones de los turistas.

La ubicación es buena, la salida es conveniente para cualquier parte del metro de la línea 1. A la lado está la Plaza de Wanda y hay muchos lugares para comer.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Phoenix Hotel, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. A special shoutout goes to the front desk manager, Xiao Xue, whose exceptional service truly made my stay memorable.
Xiao Xue went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area, providing me with great recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made me feel valued as a guest.
The hotel itself is beautifully appointed, with spacious and comfortable rooms that are well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, which made it a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring.

HHo FongMy sister & I chose to stay here for five nights because of its location (close to IKEA shopping mall & its close proximity to the metro) as well as its competitive pricing.
There are many pros about this hotel:
- superb service (very responsive, helpful & polite staff) - the room is quiet, clean & spacious
- there is also a laundry room with one washing machine & one dryer as well as an steam iron; washing detergent is provided as well, which is a bonus.
- although only two bottles of drinking water is provided FOC every day, we managed to get an extra four bottles when we made the request at the front desk
The cons, which I hope can be improved on are:
- the wifi: we weren’t able to use it the whole time we stayed here, which, I think is the biggest flaw of the hotel
- there’s only one washing machine & one dryer. For a hotel this size, it’s reasonable to provide at least two of each.
Will I consider staying here again and/or recommend it to my friends & relatives? The answer is a definite YES but I hope that management will address the above issues mentioned above as soon as possible.

LLee Hui TengExcelente hotel. Muy moderno y limpio. La insulación de ruido fue grande. Nuestras habitaciones estaban cerca del lobby de ascensor. No hay problemas de ruido. La cama fue la más cómoda de los cinco hoteles que permanecimos durante nuestra visita a Guangxi. Lavandería disponible. Free. The pool, shower room and toilet were very clean. Housekeeping did a good job. All the white towels were comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. I liked steamed sweet potato, corn and yam. Many healthy options. UUsuario invitadoWe stayed at the Yeste International Hotel (Chaoyang Square District Government) for five nights in mid November. Here's the pros and cons:
Pros: 1) Good location. Within about 5 - 10 minutes walk, you will find yourself in the heart of one of Nanning's busiest shopping and dining district. 2) Good buns and vegetable dishes at breakfast. (If you'd like a piece of toast, however, there's no jam or butter. No cereals either. This is odd considering that the hotel markets itself as ”international”.)
Cons: 1) The Yeste we stayed at promoted itself as ”opened in 2019” but this is misleading! It had been operated as some other hotels before the Yeste brand ”opened” the property as its own. The rooms may have been renovated but many details are clearly worn out from yellow caulking, slow drainage, to moldy cracks. The bathrooms are excruciatingly small. You can't access the full countertop without cramming your legs against the toilet bowl. (We stayed at the ”super” room. Looking back at the online photos posted by the hotel, we couldn't believe that's actually the room we'd stayed at. The fisheye effect used in taking those photos are misleading.)
2) The property allows smoking in some areas. Even if you booked a ”non-smoking” room, chances are that you will ”enjoy” second-hand smoking in the elevator, hallways, even in your own room.
3) Security is non-existent. There is a lobby at the front, but through a side door, which is open 24/7, anyone and everyone can come and go at will. The hotel shares the building with other tenants (businesses). From food delivery, other tenants in the building, to patrons of different businesses, the entire building is an open book. With the push of a button, anyone can access your hotel floors anytime of the day.
Overall, if you are looking for a budget hotel to stay in the city, this property is okay. If you expect quality, security, or services, this is not the place to be.

But this time of year there will be so many families with small children running and jumping around the rooms. The lady told us “we’ll give you a room no one likes.” Hahaha! But unfortunately we were still surrounded by loud families. Anyways the hotel lobby is very big and beautiful. The service was excellent. The doorman helped take our luggage up to the room. The room was very large and spacious. Huge bathroom with with separated toilet, sink/mirror, bathtub, and shower. The view was boring but we told the lady we didn’t care about the view. The bed was nice and soft, very comfortable. WiFi worked well. Water pressure for the bathtub and shower was great! Best water pressure I’ve experienced in 10 years of being in China. The bed is not facing the direction of the tv which usually bothers me as I like to watch tv/movies while lying in bed. But the tv in our room was set up to extend outwards and then towards our bed. That was really awesome as I have never seen any hotel do that before. Really great they did that 👍🏼👍🏼 our cleaning ladies did a great job everyday, they noticed we always drank the free waters and gave us a couple extras. So many small details helped us really enjoy our stay here. The location is also good. About 5-7 minute walk to the metro station. Cross the street via the metro station and there is a very large IMAX cinema and several shopping malls with lots of great food and entertainment options. The MIXC mall is about a 15 minute walk away. Great hotel, great service! Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Nanning. Thank you!

My stay extended one day, since cannot change the original booking (a 2 days stay), I made another one separately. Upon check in, reminded reception, and the gentleman did arranged my check in through out entire 3 days. Unfortunately, the assigned room at 19th floor (?) has bad smoke smell, thus I requested a change of room, at first the customer service lady on phone asked me to open window, and giving different kind of excuse and tried to refuse my request, after much request, she said she will arrange and will can me back. Which took 15-20mins and still no return call for updates, until I called again and finally got a change of room to 18th.
another 2 bad experience were :
1) after changed room to 18th, only 2 days being arranged and on the 3rd day when I returned to room, my card was disabled and I had to go down to reception and got my card reactivated, where the girl did challenged me about my booking, said it's no record showing that I have 3rd day booking...
2) my booking is executive room, with free lounge service, after being moved to 18th, I am not able to access 19th to enjoy the lounge, and, I had to go down to reception, again...
for the rest, overall service is OK, and the lounge is great.

WWan SuwanLa ubicación del apartamento es grande, abundante restaurantes, tiendas convenientes 24 horas alrededor del edificio, a poca distancia a pie a Tiandi de Mira Mall & Sheng donde se puede encontrar buenos supermercados y muchos restaurantes y lugares de comida buenos. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center están a corta distancia tomar el taxi es ~CNY10-15 & conveniente, ya que el taxi está justo delante del camino a la caminata del edificio.
El edificio del apartamento y la unidad en sí son viejos y no tienen suficiente mantenimiento, ofrecen la cocina, pero si permanecen menos de un mes, es casi inútil, ya que no proporcionan ninguno de los artículos de cocina en absoluto, excepto la caldera eléctrica, No hay ni los óculos ni las herramientas adecuados, sólo 2 tazas de papel diarias en el baño.
Las instalaciones de la habitación y muchas pequeñas cosas en la unidad están todas abajo y no tienen mantenimiento adecuado como botones de puerta, mandos, ducha, tapones de cocina, mesa, etc, la limpieza no es lo suficientemente buena, sin embargo, Las camas y las camas son limpias y no huelen.
