距離南站步行幾分鐘，非常方面，房間寬敞舒服，設施齊全，好像八瓶純凈水，前台服務也很到位，大堂吧很有格調，早餐也很好。

環境不錯，到南站走路幾分鐘，中央空調很給力，智能馬桶也很好用，就是隔音一般，走廊的聲音都能聽到，另外熱水器的水忽冷忽熱。

最近兩個週末連續去了兩個省會城市（合肥和南京），都選擇了當地的亞朵酒店：合肥市府廣場的亞朵酒店和南京南站北廣場亞朵酒店。同一品牌酒店的兩次體驗令人詫異，合肥市府廣場亞朵酒店的待客至上、熱情接待，仔細服務使我增添了對亞朵品牌的美好印象，但時隔一週來到南京南站北廣場的亞朵酒店，感覺驟然下降：
第一，從南京南站北廣場出來，在左邊一片酒店稠密的廣告中幾乎看不到“亞朵”的字樣，路口難得一見“亞朵”的指引牌。酒店正門又是面向大道的大樓背面，尋找比較困難。
第二，當天酒店前台接待人員服務差勁，接客冷若冰霜，諮詢酒店附近的早餐餐館，回答是酒店有餐廳，外面餐館不知道；諮詢亞朵會員客房是否可以升級，回答是己經為你升級了，可給我的是酒店三樓電梯口的高級房，晚上噪音不斷，糊弄客户真有一手；就連介紹客房空調使用説明都是機械式背讀口吻，不用説主動招呼客人的舉止和語氣啦。
如此這般，同為兩家2024年新開的亞朵酒店，其“用户第一”的服務理念在不同地方還是有很大的差異，“始於住宿的生活方式，讓人與人之間有温度的連接”境界在某亞朵也許還有差距。當然南京南站北廣場亞朵酒店的硬件設施、客房的衞生整潔和環境佈置還是很到位的。

特別早就到了酒店，前台小姐姐幫忙存了行李，彼時就有詢問樓層偏好，最後玩完回來實際check in時間很晚了，但是依舊按早上説的偏好安排了房間，臨走還有貼心的南京限定雨花石小手鍊的禮物，感謝可藝和祿霖兩位小姐姐的服務～～～
