The location is pretty convenient. lots of little shops and eateries nearby. the room is on higher floor with nice view. room was pretty good and fairly clean. after booking, you have to contact the owner for check in instructions. they will not contact you first. afterwards he adds you into wechat and communication begins. he's pretty fast in response. however, when I asked for a half hour later check out, he tried to bribe me with an exchange for a 5 star review. If he had not mentioned this and agreed for later check out, I would have given a higher review, but I do not like this tactic. I like giving honest reviews because I rely on reviews for my own bookings.

The bathroom has good space, there is no curtain between the toilet and the shower but it wasn't a big problem. From many hotels I have visited, I liked this bathroom the most. It was very clean. About the room, the space is just as the pictures show you, is small with not that much space to walk. But considering the cost-benefit of the place, it was OK for us since we just got there to sleep at night. There were USB sockets and normal sockets to charge our electronic devices, a very convenient detail. The subway wasn't that far from the hotel, so we just directly used it to get to the main attractions of the city. The Nanjin Railway Station was at like 17 minutes by subway, so it was very convenient. The moment we arrived at the property, we suddenly realized that we should have contacted the owner a little bit in advance to get our room number and code to get in the room by ourselves. We were worried that we didn't do it that way. Then we called the owner, and he quickly answered the phone and gave us instructions to get there. The place is on a building that has other businesses apart from the hotel. The main building looks a little bit old, but the rooms inside are really modern. There is a lucking coffee on the first floor. In general, it is a good option if you are looking for an affordable and nice place to stay in Nanjing.

The location is excellent as its in the centre and cbd area of Nanjing where all the actions are. There are many top grade shopping malls and restaurants around this area. For those who are here on holidays, you can reach most of the attractions on the 2 metro lines (Line 1 n Line 2) at Xinjiekou Station. It's convenient to travel to the airport as well as the railway stations to reach most of the big cities in China. Landlord is very obliging and easily reachable on Wechat. Property is also clean and relatively well renovated. Will be back here again if I visit Nanjing in future
