El hotel está convenientemente ubicado, cerca de la estación de tren de alta velocidad Oeste. Las instalaciones del hotel también son muy avanzadas, el aire acondicionado es silencioso, la ropa de cama es muy cómoda, el servicio al cliente es entusiasta, el desayuno es muy bueno e incluso me preguntaron si necesitaba una botella de agua cuando hice el check out. Fue una experiencia de alojamiento muy satisfactoria.

Reservé una habitación para padres e hijos por dos noches, los días 16 y 17 de julio en 6009. Cuando regresé a la habitación a las 10 en punto del día 16, los niños se ducharon primero y descubrieron que no había agua caliente. el agua tibia no superó los 20 grados. Llamé a la recepción y me dijeron que el agua del tanque no estaba caliente debido al corte de agua. ¿Qué significa esto? ¿No hay medidas de emergencia? Tres personas son como darse una ducha fría, muy indefensas. Luego, alrededor de las 7 de la mañana del día 17, me despertó la habitación de al lado. Al principio pensé que era una pelea, pero la voz de una mujer era fuerte y estridente. Vi a un grupo de personal parado en la sala. La puerta estaba abierta de par en par y el gerente de la sala todavía estaba dando conferencias en voz alta. Cuando me vio, preguntó: ”¿Qué pasa?”. Luego reaccionó en un segundo y dijo. , ”¿Te molesté?” ”Luego cerró la puerta. Me quedé sin palabras. Este hotel no es barato, la dirección no está cualificada y no hay agua caliente. No hay soluciones. Además, el hotel tiene dos defectos. 1. ¡Mal feng shui! Cuando entré a la habitación 6009, la cama estaba frente al espejo de cuerpo entero. Luego moví la cama y descubrí que estaba frente al espejo del lavabo del baño. 2. Está recién renovado y el olor es fuerte en verano cuando el aire acondicionado no está encendido. El olor de la decoración te marea cuando te registras por primera vez. Llamé a la recepción y pregunté si había algún equipo de purificación de aire. y la respuesta fue no.

Butler 子 es muy atento. La habitación que se nos da primero es sin refrigeración y han salido de la nevera para que se han actualizado nuestra habitación. Muy conveniente como la mayoría de los servicios son hasta la última n lavandería es gratis y 24 horas. Una cosa mala es el dolor del hotel y las galletas son muy suaves.

Llegamos a las 3 pm y nos dieron una habitación pero no la limpiaron. Cuando pregunté en recepción, me dijeron que había un error tipográfico y que debería ser la habitación de al lado. ¿Entonces la tía dijo que la habitación de al lado aún no había sido revisada? ? ? ? ¿Esto es todo lo que tiene el hotel de más de 550 habitaciones? ? ? ? ? ¿Y luego me dieron un plato de frutas y un cupón de vino? ? ? No quiero decir más…

Stayed here in end Oct. Ji Hotel entrance is just beside Mercure Hotel entrance, so don’t enter the wrong one. Comfortable bed with double pillows and the only hotel (out of 5 we stayed in this trip) that provided fridge and free mini bar in the room. Good breakfast spread and quality with local specialities like jar soup and noodles. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, so the room was warm and stuffy. When we called the reception about it, we were given a silly excuse and a standing fan which was dusty and not standing straight. Not only did they not bother to wipe the dust off the fan before letting us use it, the staff who brought the fan to our room was impolite and left the fan at the door expecting us to move the dusty fan into the room ourselves. This is not the service standard we expect from Mercure. They gave us 2 packs of local noodles as gifts to make up for the unpleasant experience when we complained about it during check out

Hotel seemed a bit dated but still nice. About a 10 minute walk to a mall with food and coffee options. Less than 10 minute walk to the subway station. Great views and wonderful breakfast! When we had a problem with one of the rooms, the staff was quick to help us change rooms. Good service, would stay there again.

Good support and communication at reception for non-Chinese speaker. Clean room and clean restaurant for breakfast. Reception of cellphones in bathroom is not good and I need to be close to the window to have stable connection during video talk. I will come back.

Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Nanchang during National Week. A decent stay all in all. The decor is a bit old fashioned and the walls a little thin. But the room was large and comfortable, the service was very good, and it’s right next to a metro station, making travel easy. Best of all, the windows are very thick which drowns out the city noise well (Nanchang drivers seem to love blaring their horns) Breakfast was a little disappointing. We were told it was open till 12 but when we went down at 9:30 there were very few options left. If you’re a late riser it might be best to get takeaway.

My single room is small relative to the other Chinese hotels I stayed in in China. The hotel is old but the interior is quite nice. I found the hotel breakfast to be exceptional. It offers the largest selection. I arrived while a conference was held. The check-in was extremely slow. The concierge was not short-staffed. Just that they don't work efficiently and took a long time to check-in a guest.
