Wood Pecker Nakijin

Vine aquí hace cinco años. Esta es mi segunda visita y me quedé en el auto número 7. El espacio interior es bastante grande, pero el sofá está un poco mohoso, realmente recomiendo cambiarlo ~. Está muy cerca del Museo de la Vida Marina. Es muy conveniente bajar las escaleras hasta la playa, pero esta vez llovió mucho, lo cual es una lástima que no puedo dar un paseo por la playa. Reservé una habitación más cara y dije que había sido renovada, pero la habitación olía mucho a humedad. Quería dormir en literas del otro lado, ¡pero me sorprendió por completo cuando vi heces de animales en la cama! El agua caliente desaparecerá después del lavado y es posible que no puedas usarla continuamente hirviendo agua. La luz y el extractor de aire del inodoro solo se pueden encender al mismo tiempo y el sonido es un poco fuerte ... Me quitaron la mesa y el sofá y me cortaron las piernas en los puntos de la mesa... La última vez que me registré tuve una mala experiencia debido al mal tiempo, pero el paisaje en el parque era muy bueno, así que me quedé aquí nuevamente. No esperaba que la experiencia fuera aún peor☹️.

We booked a 2-night stay at WoodPecker Nakijin to experience camper van living. Due to some delays at the airport, we arrived late and had to contact the hotel since they don’t offer 24-hour check-in. We didn’t get a reply, so our rental car staff kindly helped us call the hotel — although they didn’t speak English, they were helpful and guided us through self check-in via our rental car staff. The environment was well maintained, but the facilities inside the camper van were quite dated. We had to skip showering the first night as there was no hot water, though the issue was promptly fixed the next morning. The steps inside the camper van were quite high, and I tripped a few times during our stay. It rained heavily on our second night, and unfortunately, the noise from the rain hitting the roof made it difficult to sleep. On the plus side, the location was easy to find — there’s a large signboard right by the road, so you can’t miss it. The site offers free parking (you can park right next to your camper van), as well as a spa, sauna, swimming pool, and BBQ pit. There’s also a beautiful, private beach right behind the hotel with a great view. The hotel is close to Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, Nakijin Castle Ruins, and Bise Village. However, there isn’t a convenience store within walking distance — you’ll need to drive about 5 minutes to reach one.
