«Nice hotel to stay in if coming to Korat. Great location very close to the city centre with plenty of things nearby. It was very clean and comfortable. The room I booked said it had a safety deposit box in the room but there wasn’t.»

MMsPrinceszI had the pleasure of staying at this hotel over New Year's, and it was an experience I’ll never forget. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. They were all so friendly, kind, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. A special touch was the fortune cookies they gave to everyone who booked – a delightful and thoughtful gesture that added to the charm of the experience.
The room itself was perfect. I stayed in one with a panoramic view, and it truly was a dream come true. The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially during the fireworks display on New Year's Eve—it was the perfect spot to watch the celebration in all its glory. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, making it the ideal retreat after a busy day of sightseeing.
Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to ring in the New Year. The combination of excellent service, cozy accommodations, and a prime location for the fireworks made this hotel a standout. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

UUsuario anónimoWe had a bad experience staying at Centara Korat.
Our room was next to another room, which had a connecting door. The noise coming from the next room was consistently loud even after 10 PM. There was no soundproof at all. We could hear their conversations.
Despite our request for the hotel receptionist to check on those guests, the staff failed to do anything. They just told us that they had a look. And yes, they just went to look at the door and did nothing.
After almost 30 minutes, we decided to change the room late at night while we were about to go to sleep.
We have stayed at several Centara hotels. This one surely is the worst one.
If you care for a peaceful night stay and good soundproof room, Centara Korat is not for you.
The sound of the door close was so loud. It frightened us up many times at night.

เเที่ยวไป ไหวอยู่The hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s incredibly comfortable, with spacious and bright rooms offering a lovely view of Korat city. The location is perfect, with Tesco Lotus and The Mall nearby. In the evening, I enjoyed cycling around the hotel and exploring the on-site organic farm, which guests can visit by walking or biking. Honestly, this place is so convenient, new, and the staff are absolutely lovely. There's even a charming cafe inside the hotel. It’s a wonderful spot. If you’re visiting Korat and looking for a great, convenient, and safe place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel:)

HHobbsAndrewTHE GOOD: The hotel was very clean, the staff were amazingly friendly. They showed me multiple rooms and let me choose the one I liked. The room was well equipped with blackout curtains, very comfortable furniture, large glass shower with both wand and overhead rainfall shower heads, everything worked fine. The shopping mall was not far, they allowed me a late check out of 2:00 p.m. which was very helpful.
THE BAD the only two things which could have been better was the breakfast, and more English TV channels, the breakfast was not bad, good service, but there was no recognizable breakfast meat on the breakfast buffet such as real bacon, and while they did have a fresh cooked omelette station there was no cheese for the omelettes. No bacon, only a very processed looking ham type meat, sausage was more like a hot dog, and they had a good chicken dish but it was much too spicy for a western pallet unless somebody really likes spicy food. I got a bowl of hot water to rinse the chicken in to try to make it less spicy. I have a friend who came and paid one day to eat with us but he agreed it was not worth paying to eat there a second time and didn't come the second day because there was no bacon and no cheese. There were good English news channels on the TV, but I couldn't find any English movies or English TV shows. Admittedly I did not look that hard.
SUMMERY: I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO A FRIEND AND I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN, MY ONLY CRITICISM IS FOR HOPEFULLY SLIGHT MODIFICATIONS MORE TOWARD WESTERN CHANNELS BREAKFAST PALETTE.

It's conveniently located within a short walking distance of a 7-eleven, and to top it off, they have an adorable coffee shop that serves delicious food.
