«Overall this hotel was good. The breakfast food spread was amazing and the A-la-cart items you could order at dinner were very fancy and delicious.
The staff was friendly and kind (but they often seemed overwhelmed with work). There was a huge walking path in the back of the lot. The grounds were beautiful. The hotel was clean. The gym was small; it included a rack of dumbbells, two or three treadmills, an elliptical machine, and one yoga mat. The water jug in the gym was empty.
We wouldn’t stay here again because there are really nice hotels nearby for 1/3 of the cost. Maybe the food variety wouldn’t be as good as Eka, or less beautiful grounds, but Eka was not worth the extra cost. We stayed two nights and the entire time couldn’t see where the $125 a night value was coming from.
Sadly, the other Nairobi hotel ratings on Trip are lower, like 3.5. An example hotel is Maison Royale. But if you’re looking for a good hotel just a bit less fancy, go somewhere else.»

«We really enjoyed this hotel for the last night of our trip in Kenya. We wish we knew about it sooner. The rooms are lovely and the staff are very helpful. We even told the staff we could have the breakfast because we were leaving early morning for our flight. So they let us order in the evening so we could heat it up before we left. A really nice stay.»

UUsuario anónimoWe had a great stay at this lovely apartment near Yaya Centre. It was clean, well-equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, hairdryer, and had strong Wi-Fi. The location is safe and convenient, close to malls, markets, and easy to get around with public transportation.
The owner was super friendly and gave clear check-in instructions. Security was excellent and the guards were always welcoming. A perfect place for foreign tourists…. highly recommended!

DDominicEl hotel está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable. Lamentablemente, a partir de las 4:00 del domingo, había mucho ruido que vino de la habitación directamente delante de mí.
Llamé dos veces al lobby, y mientras el receptor era amable y respondido en contacto con el grupo, el ruido continuó, y finalmente renuncié a intentar dormir.
La habitación de la habitación estaba muy bien, pero no estaba bien.
En este sentido, aprecié realmente la comida y la estética de la propiedad los artefactos africanos en las calles y los techos subiendo hacen que el lugar se siente muy especial. Sin embargo, debido a las perturbaciones y las inconvenientes que he experimentado, no creo que volveré a menos que sea necesario.

* Location: 5/5 - Absolutely fantastic location, right in the heart of the city and within quite environment.
* Room:4/5 - The room was spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable king-size bed and good Wi-Fi. The view from the window was lovely.
* Cleanliness: 5/5 - The hotel was impeccably clean throughout, both in our room and in the common areas. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day.
* Facilities & Amenities: 4/5 - Enjoyed the well-equipped gym. Unfortunately the hotel didn't have the swimming pool.
* Food & Dining:5/5 - Breakfast offered a decent variety, the quality of food in the hotel restaurant for dinner was great & Service was generally good.
* Service: 5/5 This is the greatest asset the company has invested in. The staff were exceptional. From the friendly receptionists to the helpful concierge and attentive restaurant staff, everyone was polite and eager to assist.
* Value for Money: 4/5 - Considering the prime location and the quality of the facilities and service, the hotel offered good value for money.
* Sleep Quality:5 5 - The bed was very comfortable, and the blackout curtains were effective.
Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable 5 days stay at your premises. The excellent location and outstanding service were the highlights. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others.

Reason why you should not stay unless they could change:
1.picking up us from NBO termination to the hotel like 20mins for 5k and even no water provided when picked us， while i happened stayed in a much more expensive hotel in Mobasa only charged 3.5k with iced water and 1 hour trip.
2.the room has some smell from its new facility，very distinguish as i step in， the towel on top shelf of the shower room always has the same smell，very uncomfortable
3.what im most mad at， was someone took away our one set of brush， slipper，and the welcome chocolates. just because we dont need them for one night，i found it on the second day leaved a note with tip，someone only took the tip away but dont give me what i asked for.
4. One of The elevator has been broken since the second day and sometimes two of them, luckily I am only given room on the 3rd floor
Good thing is: the coffee is kinda okay and the table in the room is kinda remarkable

SSafari Pro Noah¡Es un hotel maravilloso! Desde la recogida en el aeropuerto, Judy fue muy amable y profesional. Nos trató con la máxima cortesía y todo mi equipo se sintió muy agradecido por ella. Siempre organizó nuestro transporte de manera oportuna y, junto con el conductor, hicieron que nuestras recogidas y devoluciones fueran sin preocupaciones incluso a altas horas de la noche. Así que seguramente nos quedaremos en Argyle incluso en el futuro en nuestros próximos viajes de negocios.
La recepción siempre estuvo atenta y atendió nuestras necesidades. Mariam y Kate, en particular, trabajaron rápido y a gusto de manera cordial. Brindaron toda la información necesaria para mi equipo y nos hicieron hacer 3 reservas posteriores durante nuestra estadía, no queríamos nada menos.
Por supuesto, la comida era excelente y el servicio allí fue simplemente increíble. Jacinta y sus colegas fueron muy amables, mi equipo disfrutó de la comida y la presentación general de todo el buffet. La variedad era rica y seguramente, ¿quién no querría comer hasta saciarse? Argyle es el lugar
