Services were not at all good. We need to ask for everything like basis toiletries items, kettle etc. Cleanliness was a major issue. I will not recommend this to anybody. Staff behaviour was not proper and seems rude and prompt to say no.

Charged for a premium room and paid a price while the actual room was not even worth more than a 2 star. Travel-ling in winter made the experience even worse. Toilets were dirty and unclean and didn’t have basic facilities; cupboard not sure when it was last used and cleaned and wifi wasn’t available and despite repeatedly telling front desk they didn’t seem to be bothered. Somehow managed to change to a smaller room but relatively better and just managed.

Services at hotel welcome park is very average. The person who took food order on dial 7 was not polite at all. You have remind them at least twice for any service like drinking water. Even though they do not give u complimentary 1 mineral water bottle. You have to ask everything from them like free tea sachet, milk sachet etc. Hotel is for only 21 hours because check in time is 1 pm and check out time is 1. 00 pm. Hot water facility is only between 7. 00 am- 5. 00 pm. Beyond this if u want to bath, u have to use cold water. Food price is on higher side. For example; cost of a cup of tea is rs. 50, poha is rs. 140 and a butter tandoori roti is rs. 60 plus taxes. I have paid more than rs. 10000 for 2 days which is not found value for money.

Our stay at welcome park was good. The location is apt with a lovely view of the lake and both mall road and boating points very near to the hotel. We utilised their shuttle service for pick and drop to mall road. This was well managed. Room sizes are good and are clean. Breakfast provided was excellent.

Best hotel in nainital. Best service, and best food. Rooms are spacious and hygienic. Rates are also the best.

Location is not very tourist friendly. Cleanliness was an issue. Got the telecom and electric kettle non functional in the room

I was booked with lake views but there is no lake view from windows it was just a tree and they have not changed it i tried to call but it was not available. Second thing the cost i paid for the room was more per night. It was a very poor experience

Lack of basic amenties like dental kit, iron and hair dryer. We asked for dental kit and they said that it will chargeable
