The Riverview Retreat Corbett by Leisure Hotels

We booked riverview retreat in March looking at the extensive marketing online and feedback from network. The room that we got was not as clean as expected and the bedding was not comfortable. There was an issue with the AC so the team was cooperative and gave us an upgrade - where the bedding was better. Overall the resort needs an overhaul as it still has old fashioned things… and general upkeep of the rooms can be improved. The garden areas are beautiful and better maintained than the rooms ! The location of the resort is excellent. Breakfast options were good too. however the service at breakfast was probably one of the worst I hav experienced. Staff looked grumpy in the morning. They were not voluntarily helping all tables to receive the live cooking items. Some of them were assisting only 2/3 tables upon request - which I found to be not so pleasing. The deck next to Kosi river was the best thing about the resort. The resort is not very big - compact size with all basic facilities in place. The handicraft store - I bought a few items and at the time of payment when I took my credit card out I was informed that there will be a 2.5% charge - didn’t know it still existed! Then they asked us to pay by cash. It’s a decent resort to stay in with some things to improve. There are other resorts which can be more value for your money !

Awesome experience for our whole group at riverview Retreat resort. Excellent service, great ambience, and most of all great location with access to Kosi river. Staff had been extremely courteous and pleasing. I recommend this to anyone visiting to Jim Corbett.

A luxury resort for family and friends group celebrations. Very good food, clean and beautiful stays, cottages are very nice, the guest welcome ceremony with buransh drinks and folk music was good, spa arrangements in house by tattva, delicious food, sports activities, special mention to event arrangements. A special shout out to Manmohan sir for making our celebration more interesting and eventful. We enjoyed playing tambola every day of our stay with him as host. Do participate in these events.

Great property, Great staff, always smiling, always helpful. Awesome food with great choices. Breakfast was at par with any other 5-star property. Although it wasn't our holiday stay, but the experience was not any less. I would recommend this to everyone visiting Corbett.

Nice experience…. Enjoyed a lot with family .. riverside was the best of all …. Food was also the best and enjoyed in swimming pool .. staff was the best kind and helpful.. ❤️❤️❤️💖💖💖 the room was the best and the overall resort was amazing..
