Hotel Lake View

Goroomgo is third party they don’t have any hotel . It is totally fraud don’t give any advance money through Paytm, google pay or Phonepay . These guys will transfer your booking to hotel and hotel will be pathetic . The hotel are not like photo in website . Hotel will say contact your booking agent and Goroomgo will disconnect your phone . friend dont book any hotel through Goroomgo they are fraud.

As compared to terrif, room was very small, stinky. Bathroom was also small. Property location is also on hight and to reach there lots of stare need to climb.

Gps location of the hotel was not accurate because the hotel was inside a lane and a four-wheeler could not be taken there. Room was not too good, if not bad. Intercom was not there. Had to call on mobile for the room service and most of the time either the call was not answered or disconnected without listening to the complete details. Washroom was too congested and smelled badly. Exhaust fan was not there and a small opening in bathroom used to pull in the foul smell instead of letting it out. Wi-fi was bad. Most of the time it just won't work and mobile signal was not good to use the cellular data. I have a 2 year old kid and there were open sockets in the room so i had to be always very cautious about it so that my kid doesn't start put in the fingers in it. Room service was also not good. Had remind multiple times about the order and then they would fulfill it. My room booking included the breakfast as well, however, it was just check nark the box and nothing else. They provided one stuffed paratha and a pathetic tea whereas my past experience had been much better at other the hotels. I also came to know that the hotel was going under renovation due to which above issues occurred, however, i was not informed about it at any stage of the booking.

Bad experience, no water in washroom, poor service, staff talk with anger and attitude, take no action against complaint, poor wifi, unclean room, dirty floor, poor light, no parking facility, overall no proper management with attitude staff.

This is the worst experience of my life due hotel services and staff behavior. Staff only welcomes once guest chekin in the hotel but after that staff behavior totally different for guest. No hot water in the bathroom, very dirty clothes, towel and food as well. Even overcharge for each services. I will strongly recommend, do not book/stay in hotel lake view in nainital as it is fully waste of money. Hope makemytrip management will take some strong action and learn them a good lesson to save his good will in the market. So that people trust remain same.

Bed sheets, pillows cover not clean, wash rooms are horrible, very bad, towels not provide, bath soap not available, price is not worth for the room facilities
