The hotel is amazing to say the least dt includes the breathtaking location , impeccable and flawless service,the courteousness of the staff .Absolutely recommended weather if anyone is going as family or as a couple . Special mention to both The manager Mr Mehta and Mr Ganesh who were always a call away to make sure that all your queries are answered and taken care off .The staffs are polite and well behaved and always gave feeling of warmth and care .I had taken my parents for vacation and they had made sure that my parents are taken care off ,The breakfast has good options to choose from ,the food served is delicious and mouth licking.The rooms are big and very aesthetically decorated .Again thank you for the warmth that entire team had showered on us and made sure we enjoyed every day we had spent .All the very best and keep up the amazing service that you have been providing to ur guest .Looking forward for an amazing stay again next year .

The location is serene and beautiful... Just to reach there you have to travel through a steep slope... But the stay and service is amazing... Food is top notch... Well maintained place... They provide bed warmer and room heater as well....

Property located at VIP area which is above Mall Road and distance from Mall Road is 1.5 KM. Location was awesome Property well maintained Staff are very supported Food is excellent Overall I would recommend you whoever is ant to visit Nainital stay in this property

Excellent retreat for Summer and I am sure winter,too. This is like a high quality Home Stay properly housed in a heritage building but well renovated with most of the essential modern day needs. There are different kind of rooms available and the hospitality is amazing, with the staff giving personal attention. Food is delicious with both Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian options available. The property manager Basant Mehta carried his duty very well , making us comfortable. This was a summer retreat for the Nawab of Bhikhampur Estate . Considering this being an old / heritage property, it was still at par with a modern set up. A bit of minor changes (lime Getting a mirror in the room) can make overall experience better. But overall an enjoyable stay and recommended !

The property was very well maintained being a heritage type. Service staff and food was excellent coz had the option to choose what to prepare for Breakfast / Dinner of our choice Peaceful stay and Barbeque warmth under the open sky with endless gazing

This is a place for anyone who needs a good relaxation and has the taste for luxury and comfort, the food and the hospitality is excellent. i will definitely visit again. india indeed didn’t drop my expectations but did indeed go beyond. thank you for the staff for everything

Amazing 1980s property, with British and Indian touch. Best for family's and big groups who want private space. Hospitality and staff was really good and helpful. Food was good, our family doesn't eat onion and garlic so they prepared Meals seperately for Us. My family really enjoyed the Stay here.

This is a quaint heritage property in the otherwise crowded and buzzing Nainital area. The place is almost 2km away from the Nainital flats and has a steep road to reach. However, by all means, the place is worth the distance. The staff is courteous, food is good and rooms are big and clean. There is a issue to reach this place as Taxi's usually do not prefer to drive - hence they can quote enourmous charges. Also, we had to walk down to Mall road as there are no means of transport available at hotel otherwise. However, the Manager can help to arrange for transport - which he did when we had to leave for the next destination. Overall, a good stay.
