Royals Moonlight Resort,Corbett

I was misled into purchasing a holiday membership from Royals Moonlight in April 2025, paying ₹61,000 based on promises of 4- and 5-star hotel stays, free stay for children, and premium services. However, after payment, I was offered only 3-star properties and charged extra for basic inclusions that were originally promised as free. Repeated emails to their support went unanswered, and their representative even confirmed that “refunds are not issued under any case” — which speaks volumes about their ethics. This has been a distressing and disappointing experience. I’ve raised a formal dispute with my bank and filed a complaint through consumer forums. I strongly urge others to avoid this company and be cautious about holiday memberships that sound too good to be true.

Resort are good and staff are very well behaved. Food are also good. But pool are not that much clean. We booked room with inside pool but it was dirty and water was not clean after request they changed the water next day. Pool table was also broken and game zone needs renovation. Game room also don’t have any fan and Ac.

This place is a amazing and a comfortable place. It has a beautiful garden and a well maintain clean pool. The staff here are very nice and amazing and some are even very cool! I would definitely recommend this place if you wanna escape from the city life!

Hello iam Bishorjit a national swimming gold medalis from Manipur. As I am coming to Uttarakhand for participating the 38th National games, Uttarakhand 2025. And right now iam staying here to a beautiful hotel i.e The Royal Moonlight ,the hotel is very wonderful as well as the owner of the hotel gave us a warm welcome for our Manipur swimming team. The manager and the other people that are working in this hotel are kind as well as very friendly. We mostly spend our free time toghther with them.There is a good room management service. There is a garden with a small swimming pool inside the hotel. I want to say that if I happend to visit again to Uttarakhand then I would like to visit this wonderful hotel again

Regarding the moonlight - Commitment- I have no words to say about the commitments of the team. They are just wonderful in giving false commitments. Firstly when we met them they committed us for several Coupons such as VLCC and so on. They also committed us for trip confirmation to Goa with 3 nights and 4 days stay as it’s mandate to avail within six months. But all in vein and they have just cut the corners in such a way that we don’t know how to react. Secondly for the payments- they people are just mailing us for emi payments and that too in a very rude way . Their executives are not available on call or messages the only mode of communication via email. They think that one is available 24*7 for this. Beware of such fraudulent as they will leave no chance to loot money by hook or crook.
