La ubicación del hotel no es conveniente para recorridos que no sean en auto. A 10 minutos de viaje cerca del hotel hay auténtica cocina de Okinawa, un bar y la comida y la bebida son convenientes. El personal del hotel tiene una explicación detallada del proceso del hotel, ya que está dividido en dos edificios, si no se explica, los clientes seguramente quedarán muy confundidos. El desayuno solo se puede considerar calificado, hay pocos hoteles en Okinawa con aguas termales, este hotel es una buena opción si desea sumergirse en aguas termales.

地理位置十分優越，那霸空港開車過去15分鐘，出租車費2000日元。環境幽靜，出門左轉，全家和羅生兩家24小時便利店，走到大路右轉是main place，有食品超市，農副產品，水果，十分豐富，價格實惠，特別是壽司和生魚片，一盒24片生魚片才950日元（47元RMB），日本草莓也很好吃，一盒價格690日元（34元），柑橘很甜不酸。商場裏有很多餐廳可以選擇（日式，西式，中式）。正面是沖繩縣立博物館，經常有很多展覽。左手過去是玩具反斗城，邊上也是一個大超市，有優衣庫（比國內便宜）和無印良品，還有個專門賣運動服飾的商場，經常有很多品牌的折扣商品，性價比也很高。往北走1.4公里就是國際通。 酒店是南法度假風設計，35平米房間還算寬敞，衞生間稍微侷促些，沒有單獨淋浴房，必須站在浴缸裏沖洗。早餐分為自助餐、日式定食、西式定食三種，做的都很精緻。自助餐永遠不會有擁擠和空盤現象，服務員補餐很及時。 日本的服務簡直就是世界最頂級的，浴室雖然小，但是打掃很乾凈，特別是各類毛巾給的很多，2個人房間至少4條浴巾，4條洗臉巾，4條擦手巾。每天2次房間清潔。酒店服務人員總是笑臉相迎，及時周到。

Hotel Collective was hands down the best hotel during our stay in Okinawa! From start to finish, everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The service attitude of the staff was truly outstanding. Every interaction was warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The hotel’s commitment to hospitality really stood out. The rooms were super clean and spacious, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. It’s rare to find such well-maintained and generously sized accommodations, especially in such a convenient location. Speaking of location, it was absolutely perfect for shopping, dining out, and sightseeing. Being right in the heart of Naha, we had easy access to Kokusai Street, local restaurants, and cultural landmarks. Everything we needed was just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa. Hotel Collective sets the bar high for comfort, service, and convenience!

The room was nice and spacious with a great toilet and amenities. The only downside is that they do “eco cleaning” which I understand, but they won’t even make your bed, I don’t mean replacing the bedsheets but just making your which all regular hotels do. They won’t clean your cups or replace them but they won’t also give you soap to clean your cups so I personally don’t think it’s eco cleaning it’s eco disgusting. Wiping the surfaces or making beds does not increase the use of water or resources. Besides that, the staff are lovely and the breakfast is a good highlight for sure. I would like them to improve their “eco cleaning” as it just looks they are “under staffed” for cleaning services and had to come up with a new term to greenwash their intentions. I would rather them not having disposable amenities, made of plastic.
