We understand this may cause inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding as we work toward long-term improvements to the property. To help ease the impact, a luggage lift is available to assist with transporting your bags. All guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs. If you choose to proceed with the booking, please understand that no refunds will be given based on the availability of the elevator, it is an amenity of the HOA and is completely out of the owner's personal control. And we are just one mile away from the start of Cape Hatteras National Seashore – Seventy miles long with access to undeveloped beaches, nature preserves, and the beloved historic Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. We are so close to seclusion and nature yet only minutes from fine and casual dining, shopping, and so much more! Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 5): • The Master Bedroom has a king bed and has its own dedicated master bath with large step-in shower. Also a flat screen TV. • The second bedroom has a queen bed and one twin bed, with direct access to a full bathroom. Also a flat screen TV. Amenities: • Updated and well-equipped kitchen • 3 flat-screen TVs (Living room, Master and spare bedroom) • Beautiful 24 foot-wide balcony with comfortable furniture to make the view that much more enjoyable! • In-unit washer and dryer • Fresh and crisp linens (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels and Washcloths) are included in your rental fee.
