Since le meridien has no vacancy, Nagpur Ashok was our obvious choice for stay with very good reviews on tripadvisor and we went ahead by booking their king suite with Jacuzzi. Check in was swift and we were moved in. Mr. Lokesh, helped us swiftly in bringing our luggage and making us settled in. This was the only good part we had in this hotel. Within 5 minutes, 2 electricians knocked as they received complaint (earlier) of problem in jacuzzi. After 30 minutes, they left confirming repair has been done and an advice not to take our infant inside jacuzzi. Since I was dead tired after driving 300kms , I decided to take bath and sleep later on. And here I was bolted with shock as soon as I pressed 2nd button of Jacuzzi. Thankfully I didn't enter Jacuzzi and used caution by remaining outside. Called up lokesh to get electricians again and they took next 1 hour in trying to fix the Jacuzzi which failed and they left stating it can not be fixed . Now we were left with no other option and a handicapped bathroom with no bucket and a non functioning jacuzzi occupying 100% of bathroom space. Most ironical thing happened was no call from management about this untoward incident. I took a bath and came out to use in house coffee maker, only to find out that it was not functioning. Reported and it was replaced in an hour. The executive forgot to bring Cup, spoon and soccer so we asked again. And while waiting we dozed off in bed only to wakeup at 20:00. We went out for dinner and when returned I countered reception staff. All they did was apologise and they insisted that they will upgrade us in another room. I asked my wife, she agreed and we were moved to another room which was 1/3 of size, I called up reception and they said it was only room available but has a functioning bath tub . This made me more furious and I added to speak with their boss who was not available. After an hour , AC stopped working and we had to call reception again. They sent 1 repair guy at midnight who spent another 30 minutes 8n trying to repair it but failed. And we were again moved to our previous room. This all was going on after spending good amount and booking their most expensive room . We hain dozed off because out 6 month old son was crying since AC went off and we were tired to make him calm in this hot summer . The breakfast spread was very limited, with no live counter , no dosa/paratha and with no refill of fresh fruit counter. So far none from management contacted us so I went ahead and asked for Mr. Mahendra . Who called us back and told he git to know about everything in midnight and he couldn't connect with us as he was in home. This conversation was happening around 11:15 am, time for our checkout was 12 noon. When I am writing this review, it's 12:17 pm , we still have not received cup and spoon for our inroom coffee maker and Jacuzzi is still not functioning. I have decided to take this matter in consumer forum and bring management to court for this life t
