¡Muy decepcionado de que el gimnasio solo pueda ingresar de 6:00 am a 8:00 am y sea gratis! En todos los demás horarios deberás pagar JP$3300 por vez.
Definitivamente no vale la pena si tengo que pagar esta cantidad.
No muy cerca de la estación de Sakae, ya que necesitas caminar unos 10 minutos.
¡El personal es muy amigable! Pero en general, el hotel es demasiado caro en comparación con otros hoteles en Nagoya.

La habitación que me dieron al principio tenía un olor extraño, y luego el personal de servicio me trasladó a una nueva habitación. Desafortunadamente, la lámpara de la mesilla de noche en esta habitación no funcionaba. Luego me abrieron dos habitaciones más para elegir. We brought our 8 months old baby with us. Hotel has provided us with a cot which is great! Location is close to station. Front desk is able to keep our luggage while we are travelling to other cities. Overall is good.

El hotel está en una buena ubicación, a diez minutos a pie de la estación de Nagoya, a unos 5,6 minutos de la estación de autobuses de Meitetsu, y el Don Quijote más cercano está a sólo 7,8 minutos a pie. El hotel está justo enfrente del mercado. Así que hay muchos restaurantes alrededor, y también hay muchos restaurantes famosos cerca. La cafetería se puede utilizar para el desayuno, pero el restaurante ofrece pequeñas bolas de arroz y bebidas pequeñas todos los días (se sirven de 6:30 a 10 a.m.). si no quieres usarlo en el desayuno, también puedes sacarlo como snack (recomiendo el sabor pollo👍🏻).
El tamaño de la habitación es aproximadamente del tamaño de un hotel japonés. No es muy grande y no puede acomodar dos maletas de 28,29 pulgadas, pero aún así es utilizable.
Las desventajas son que todavía hay algo de polvo en algunos rincones pequeños, hay algunos rayones y muescas en las paredes y se puede ver moho en partes del baño, como la bañera, desde ciertos ángulos.
En cuanto al personal de servicio, parece que hay alguien en el mostrador todo el tiempo. Sin embargo, no todos los miembros del personal de servicio pueden comunic**** en inglés, pero todos son amables y pacientes.
En general, el valor de CP es muy alto y se recomienda a personas con un presupuesto determinado🌟

Conveniently located at the Kanazawa train station. What we discovered was that it has a sheltered walkway which was helpful when it rained and protected us from the cold as we exited. The bonus find: there was a shuttle bus service that took us to a nearby AEON mall on our first day. I’ll definitely come back when I return to Nagoya some day

Convenient location. However, it is close to railway station therefore railway noise is expected throughout the day, until no train service during midnight.

Although it’s a three-star hotel, it is a great hotel for one to three people to stay in. The hotel is nice and quiet, most rooms come with free breakfast buffet coupons (which are limited but still nice enough) and the beds are quite big. The wifi works quite well and the rooms are big enough for three. I’m not sure if there are conjoining rooms, but it they will be recommended for families of four and above. There aren’t many guests in the hotel, and most of them are businessmen.
The hotel is also at a convenient location—there is Lawson in front of it, a 7-11 behind it and a Family Mart northeast of it(across the street). It is a short walk of 3min away from JR Nagoya Stn.
Some bad things about the hotel are that the TV’s programs are all in Japanese, and even the CNN is translated into Japanese, so I recommend you use your phones or tablets to watch the shows you like. There also isn’t a window and the aircon is quite weak, so it gets stuffy sometimes. However, apart from that, it is quite an enjoyable stay!!

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is new so the room is nice and big and very modern. I think if traveling as a couple can be really nice, coz the swimming pool and the gym as well as the free yoga class arranged in the early morning can be really attractive. But we have a six years old boy traveling together who really wants to go swimming. But unfortunately, kids below 16 years old are not allowed to use the the swimming pool. So we were a little bit disappointed since while choose this hotel and the JW near Nagoya station, I chose TIAD coz it’s newer and also with nice swimming pool. Such Information about restrictions should be provided by the hotel to let travelers know so that family with kids can make more informed decisions.

CChompoonutEn este hotel, el personal de recepción es muy atento con los clientes. Buen servicio. Puede dar almohadas extra. En el caso de que los huéspedes se queden muchas noches y no quieran que se limpie la habitación. El ama de llaves cambiará las toallas todos los días. El ama de llaves colgó en la puerta una bolsa con toallas nuevas junto con agua mineral. Para el desayuno, el hotel le proporcionará un cupón para comer en el restaurante al lado del hotel. Hay un largo período de tiempo de 5:00 a 11:00 a. m., atendiendo muy bien a los huéspedes. El precio por noche no es caro. Considerado un gran ahorro para turistas como nosotros. La ubicación es muy conveniente para viajar. Al otro lado de la calle está la estación de tren JR. Viajar es realmente conveniente. Y también hay unos grandes almacenes. También hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes.

The room is clean and the shower has a rainfall option as well as the typical handle shower. My only complaint is that the rooms are a little too warm. I tried adjusting the air conditioning but only hot air would come out.

MManman CheungEl hotel está en una buena ubicación, cerca de la estación de Nagoya, a unos 5 minutos a pie. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca del hotel y el ramen y el izakaya también son deliciosos. 冇特別驚喜，但亦冇負評。算是中規中矩的酒店，冇風景可言。（隔天去高山）只住一晚。
很多旅行團，lobby在2樓。check-in可自助。lobby有Wellcome drink的地方，蜜糖檸檬水好飲。有茶包，茶包的質素俾房間的茶包好。可帶上房間（有紙杯）。lobby有梳化，有自助式放全行李地方，兩部升降機，多人在地下的情況-服務員會到地下做分流。
早餐一般，自助形式！

UUsuario invitadoHotel location is good. The room is very tiny. But there’s an unpleasant thing that: I booked the room with breakfast for 4 persons including one kid 4 years old. Booking confirmation shows there’re 3 breakfasts for adult while the kid under 5 is free. But the hotel insisted that we have 3 breakfasts only and the kid has to be charged for the breakfast. Then I had no choice but paid it. How can I get this breakfast refunded?

UUsuario invitadoAl hacer una reserva usando esta aplicación, no había ninguna opción para seleccionar una habitación para fumadores o para no fumadores, pero cuando me registré, me dijeron: ”Hoy has reservado una habitación para no fumadores”. Primera vez que me quedo aquí conmigo y mi hijo de 0 años. Lo tomé porque era más barato que otros hoteles. El hotel es muy largo y las habitaciones son para una persona de negocios. Cuando me registré, el camarero de bebidas ofreció todo lo que pudiera beber hasta las 21:00 aproximadamente. Había café, cacao, sopa, etc. Los cepillos de dientes, las maquinillas de afeitar, la loción desmaquillante, etc. se encuentran en un estante frente al mostrador de facturación. La habitación es tan pequeña que es difícil moverse si pones un cochecito en la entrada. El olor en la habitación no era desagradable. No había ningún olor desagradable en el baño de la unidad, pero el desagüe debajo del costado del inodoro tenía moho *****, suciedad y limo. Cuando entré al baño, había cuatro pelos cortos y gruesos pegados al fondo del área de lavado de manos. Esto me dio la impresión de que la limpieza se realizó rápidamente. El mayor problema fue que el aire acondicionado está controlado centralmente, y cuando tengo un bebé, mi temperatura corporal sube y empiezo a sudar con facilidad, así que llamé a la recepción y dije: ”Quiero bajar la temperatura, así que Quiero encender el aire acondicionado''. Me dijeron que no era posible debido a la situación. Creo que el verano y el invierno son duros. Las personas que sudan mucho o son sensibles al frío deben prepar**** en consecuencia. No hay cable USB ni ningún lugar para enchufarlo. Al hacer una reserva, puedes enviar un mensaje al hotel, así que escribí: ”Si hay una cerca para bebés, me gustaría solicitarla”, pero cuando me registré, no hubo ningún comentario por parte del hotel. ¿Es un problema de comunicación entre la app y el hotel? El significado de la escritura. El desayuno era sencillo con pocos tipos, pero el sabor era delicioso. Está cerca del parque Hisayaodori y de la torre de televisión, pero las carreteras que conducen allí son de mala calidad y de mala calidad. Por alguna razón, la calidad del hotel parece haber ido cuesta abajo. Además, cuando me preguntaron si quería usarlo, dije ”No”.
