The hotel’s location is convenient. It has an underpass to JR Nagoya and nearby malls. You can find many food and shopping options in the vicinity.
I specifically requested for a room with good view. Luckily, the hotel gave me a room on the top floor and the view was magnificent (tried to take a photograph during sunset).
The room was too small to my liking. For a room of three, there was barely space to unfold our luggage. I recommend getting a bigger room.

Simple request, if possible to change 2 single beds to 1 double bed in the same room type upon check in and was told the change will cost 100,000 YEN PER PERSON. Total will be 200,000 yen for just changing the bed arrangements. I think the charges are ridiculous, most hotels will do it for free if there's availability. Make sure to book the correct bed arrangements as changes are outrageously expensive. Even though it's not fully booked, staff are not willing to make a change out of goodwill. It shows about their service.

Although it’s a three-star hotel, it is a great hotel for one to three people to stay in. The hotel is nice and quiet, most rooms come with free breakfast buffet coupons (which are limited but still nice enough) and the beds are quite big. The wifi works quite well and the rooms are big enough for three. I’m not sure if there are conjoining rooms, but it they will be recommended for families of four and above. There aren’t many guests in the hotel, and most of them are businessmen.
The hotel is also at a convenient location—there is Lawson in front of it, a 7-11 behind it and a Family Mart northeast of it(across the street). It is a short walk of 3min away from JR Nagoya Stn.
Some bad things about the hotel are that the TV’s programs are all in Japanese, and even the CNN is translated into Japanese, so I recommend you use your phones or tablets to watch the shows you like. There also isn’t a window and the aircon is quite weak, so it gets stuffy sometimes. However, apart from that, it is quite an enjoyable stay!!

Very conveniently located at the Nagoya station so it makes travelling very easy esp with a toddler! Also it’s above the JR gate tower and there’s so many things to shop and eat. We could easily head down to Uniqlo, GU, BIC camera etc. Service was excellent. I had amazon packages delivered to the hotel on the day i was checking in, and the staff alr placed the packages inside my hotel room beforehand! Also hotel guests enjoy special offers at the restaurants on Level 12 and 13 which included the v popular Sushi no Midori! We had our best meal in Nagoya there… super fresh and affordable sushi. The only thing to note is that the rooms facing the train station can hear them coming in and out so if you’re a light sleeper it might disrupt your sleep. We were fine with it though. I would definitely stay here again!

If you’re tired of small hotel rooms in Japan where you can barely open your luggage, this hotel is a fantastic choice. We stayed in a standard room and had no trouble opening two 26” suitcases comfortably.
The parking fee is reasonable compared to other five-star hotels (1,800 yen per entry), and the parking spaces are spacious enough for a 4WD—very convenient!
The hotel’s ambiance embraces a beautiful Japanese Zen style, and you’ll feel it the moment you step inside. The view of Nagoya city is stunning, and the location is perfect—right across from various shopping malls and close to all the famous attractions.
Absolutely planning to stay here again on our next visit to Nagoya!

A pretty new hotel, real nice rooms the front portion near the door of the room is tatami, the size is really decent for Japanese chains. Theres an information map in the lobby that shows whats nearby and all the recommendations. The staff are really professional as well. Only drawback is that the hot spring is really tiny, but its better than not having one.
The subway station is only a 2 min walk away from the hotel. Nagoya is one of the best places to get used luxury products and the 2nd hand brands like KOMEHYO had large buildings here.

Overall the room type that we booked were value for money, the location is close to the subway line, and surrounding with heaps of mini marts and restaurants, feel safe to walk on the street during night time. Recommended, one down side it isn’t has a laundry service in the hotel, I had to carry my clothes to coin laundry which 8 minutes walkable distance, not too bad

We've previously stayed at Hotel Keihan Namba Grande before so we were really excited to stay at the Nagoya one. As expected, it has lived up to our expectations in terms of cleanliness and service. Apparently each floor only had one Hollywood Twin Room which was quite surprising until we found out that the Twin Room we had booked was actually two double beds. It's great for people who prefer a larger bed to sleep on or for families with kids but it was a bit cramped for us to open our suitcases. Bathroom was much more spacious than expected. Location was considerably convenient too. Definitely recommend!

LLeon FokWhile the hotel's location is not particularly close to the train station, the surrounding area is quiet and pleasant if you're looking to have some distance from the crowds. The hotel itself is relatively new and well-appointed. One potential concern is the parking situation - the on-site parking spots are often full, both during the day and at night. However, there are some available public parking areas within a 5-10 minute walk of the hotel.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, despite the slightly inconvenient location in terms of public transportation access.

Es fácil de encontrar si pasas por Don Quijote y buscas el 7-Eleven.

Se ofrecen bebidas y café en el segundo piso después del desayuno hasta las 11 a.m.
Pagué 2100 yenes por el desayuno con mi hijo y fue sencillo y agradable.
Tuve que pedir limpieza, pero tenía muchas compras, así que simplemente puse un bote de basura y toallas. La cama era cómoda. La habitación era pequeña, así que puse mi maleta debajo de la cama.
La almohada es la mejor. La altura es ajustable. Quiero comprarla.
Hay una máquina expendedora, lavandería que funciona con monedas y hielo en el tercer piso.
El registro de entrada y de salida se puede realizar a través de una máquina, y el desayuno también se puede comprar a través de una máquina.

As a passionate fan of all things Lego, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to stay at the Nagoya Legoland Hotel during my recent visit to the city. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was immersed in a world of whimsy and wonder.
The hotel's proximity to the Legoland theme park was a major draw, allowing me to easily explore the attractions and then retreat to the comfort of my accommodations. But what truly set this hotel apart was the abundance of local playing areas within the premises.
The staff at the Nagoya Legoland Hotel were simply superb. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the attentive service throughout my stay, every interaction left me feeling valued and well-cared for. Their enthusiasm and genuine passion for ensuring guests have a memorable experience was truly commendable.

MMonitaLa habitación era maravillosa!! Muy espaciosa incluso para una familia de 4. Wifi era rápido y tiene un canal de youtube que los niños dieron 3 alegrías por eso. El servicio de escritorio del frente fue espectacular. Llegamos por coche y el personal ya salió a la casa para darnos la bienvenida. Y como nos encontramos en una ruptura para devolver nuestro coche, el personal ofrece proactivamente para ayudar a enviar nuestras maletas a nuestra habitación (afortunadamente hemos hecho el check-in en línea a priori) y tuve que decir con este dinero gastado, recibimos el servicio de 5 estrellas del hotel. El hotel está situado a unos 4,5 estrellas, a unos minutos a pie del subterráneo, con tiendas y farmacias muy cercanas. No obstante, no puedes encontrar que “seguro” abajo desde que hay clubes y pubs alrededor. Además, este hotel vale cada pensión gastada. Altamente recomendado.

El hotel ofrece una habitación de fumadores con vistas al 14o piso para morir. There's ice making machine, filtrated mineral water and a Y500 laundry service on the same floor.
En general, nos alegramos de nuestra estadía, pero el desayuno fue un suplemento con una gran selección de bufetes calientes y fríos.
Adoro esta estancia y lo recomiendo a los viajeros futuros.

GGnelCerca de la zona comercial (no quijote, reserva de salida), familia Mart, y Sakae Subway Station Exit 2 pero puedes pasar Exit 8 para acceso a escalador. El hotel está situado en Oasis 21 (2000 yen por camino al aeropuerto, a 40 minutos a pie del terminal 2. El cuarto es pequeño pero limpio con baño y puede extender dos maletas. Secador de pelo, tobillo, raso, crema de raso, jabón de baño, champú y condicionador, espuma de mano y cara, kit de cuidados faciales, café, té. Rellena toallas incluso que no quieres ser molestado para limpiar cotidianamente las habitaciones. Presupuesto razonable. Reservaremos la próxima vez.

The location is good enough, close to Chikusa station. You can arrive at the entrance through the underground pass from the station.
The facilities are good, but not new, not super excellent.
To stay here one or two nights for a business might be fine, but I do not recommend you for tourism.
Good enough as a business hotel.
