I don't recommend anyone to stay there during weekend, there's a nightclub nearby and you can hear the loud music and beats throughout the night, plus the traffic from the road. Just couldn't get a good night rest unless you are someone who can sleep with all the noise. That being said, the hotel location wasn't too far from BCS mall, u can take a grab to get there. The room and bathroom was clean but the bathroom does have a sewage smell which wasn't pleasant so would advise that you keep the door closed. There's quite a selection of cable channels on the TV to keep you entertained.

Todo estuvo bien, con el servicio el problema fue en el check in el 25 de febrero de 2023. Llegamos al hotel según la hora del check in, pero la habitación no estaba lista para que la ocupáramos. Nos dijeron que esperáramos una hora y finalmente la habitación estuvo lista después de dos horas. No sé por qué hubo un retraso tan largo. El personal de recepción hizo todo lo posible y no los culpamos. Tal vez hubo escasez de personal de limpieza y no pudieron limpiar y preparar las habitaciones. Overall the premise is on average. A few things that I think can be improve: Unpleasant Smoking Smell: Unfortunately, the entire premise, including the room, was filled with a strong smoking odor. This was quite disappointing as I expected the fresh and clean scent that is typical of most hotels. Even after some time, the smell did not subside, which affected the overall experience. Bed Sheet Cleanliness: The bed sheets were not as clean as expected, which further added to the discomfort. Cleanliness is a crucial aspect of any hotel stay, and this fell below the standard

This is a cheap and good hotel located next to the market and within walking distance of Batam Grand Mall and BCS Mall. The area is surrounded by massage parlors and eateries, with the A2 food court open until 3 AM. The market is bustling in the morning, offering plenty of food options. I would rate the hotel 9/10. There’s karaoke and in-house massage services available. The breakfast is outstanding and delicious, and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone with an average budget.

Pretty decent & clean room for 2 nights stay. For toothbrush/toothpaste have to request from counter. Location 100%! Room soundproof quite bad so might not be suitable for light sleeper.
