Pretty decent & clean room for 2 nights stay. For toothbrush/toothpaste have to request from counter. Location 100%! Room soundproof quite bad so might not be suitable for light sleeper.

Overall the premise is on average. A few things that I think can be improve: Unpleasant Smoking Smell: Unfortunately, the entire premise, including the room, was filled with a strong smoking odor. This was quite disappointing as I expected the fresh and clean scent that is typical of most hotels. Even after some time, the smell did not subside, which affected the overall experience. Bed Sheet Cleanliness: The bed sheets were not as clean as expected, which further added to the discomfort. Cleanliness is a crucial aspect of any hotel stay, and this fell below the standard

Todo estuvo bien, con el servicio el problema fue en el check in el 25 de febrero de 2023. Llegamos al hotel según la hora del check in, pero la habitación no estaba lista para que la ocupáramos. Nos dijeron que esperáramos una hora y finalmente la habitación estuvo lista después de dos horas. No sé por qué hubo un retraso tan largo. El personal de recepción hizo todo lo posible y no los culpamos. Tal vez hubo escasez de personal de limpieza y no pudieron limpiar y preparar las habitaciones. Espero que el hotel pueda investigar esta área para evitar tales problemas. En general, estoy feliz y satisfecho con mi estadía. y esperamos volver a hospedarnos en su hotel. Saludos Joebhas

Everything is fine except that there is a problem with the room door lock. We called up the receptionist and 2 of the hotel staffs came over within 5 mins to repair the door lock on the spot. Its not our first time staying in this hotel and we will definitely come again.

Es muy mejor hotel para estancia Pero la guardia de seguridad no es amable me trata como **** porque uso motocicleta ir allí donde mi marido en realidad me presta mi amigo motocicleta coz quiero tener divertido uso motocicleta en Indonesia allí me siento aburrido usando el coche por favor dile a la seguridad para tratar a todos gracias

For a budget hotel infront of Nagoya Hill mall, it is definitely worth it if you're there and spending most of your time out of the hotel to explore Batam. But if you prefer to spend your time more in hotel, this wouldn't be the best choice. Overall experience was smooth. The room I got doesn't have the best view of the city but a hill behind the hotel. For its price point, its good for a short stay. The aircon takes awhile to get cold. But honestly no complaints considering I am not always in the hotel. Breakfast was okay. Not much variety. But just enough to fill up my stomach in the morning.
