It is located very near to anna bus stand in nagercoil. Though old type hotel it is ok to stay for few days if it is a budget trip and need convenience for public transport. Staff are polite and helpful.

1. Good reception people. Kind and helpful. 2. They took care of my missed bag and handed it over. 3. Rooms can be cleaner. It was not swept. 4. There are no channels available to watch on tv. Only local channels which we haven't watched.

We booked a budget room at hotel swaminatha. But it was way below expectations. No elevators, no staff to carry your luggage to second floor, bathrooms are older. Positive: very economical and close to anna bus stand in nagercoil.

It was a non ac hotel so they shifted us to surya residency. There was no heater facility and no tv facility. No proper response they say that complaint to whomever you want. Rooms were untidy. All the facilities shown were not present. We had a very bad experience in the hotel.

Its may be good option for bachelor or just for night stay good for any one. Location wise its nearer to bus stop. Helpful services
