Moderate hotel. No separe beareu is there for keeping box. Meals good. Tiff-en ok. Room service takes long time. Overall moderate hotel

Well located, within walkable distance from the temple. Good South Indian food, at reasonable rates. Amenities are good enough for a comfortable stay. Free Wi Fi was good and one could use upto 4 gadgets. Room service was excellent.

1. Sadabhishegam property is good. Building, open space, landscaping, quiet environment are the positive aspects. 2. Room doesn't have basic amenities like cupboard, kettle. 3. I didn't get hot water in the bathroom. Hot water comes for few seconds and becomes cold. It is irritating experience. 4. Restaurant doesn't have most of what is in the menu card. Only south indian dosa items are available. 5. Given the above short comings i do not think they provide value for money. I have stayed in better hotel for this price in other places of india. 6. I think they are surviving because they do not have enough competition in this category of hotels. Thanks
