We stayed at Chinar Hotel & SPA Naftalan in October 2024. This is not our first visit. We were satisfied again. As usually, we felt the constant, vigilant work of the management, doctors and medical staff, who provided an examination even on Sunday! The cleanliness is perfect, with great respect for the guests. Very friendly, welcoming, family-like warm attitude towards guests, every member of staff is always ready to help, provides information - from managers during booking to receptionists and other staff. Beautifully landscaped area, renovated building, amazingly varied, tasty, healthy and clean cuisine, friendly and efficient waiters, music. And of course, the main function of this institution is treatment. Here the staff really performs the function of transferring treatment services to guests - there is almost everything: naphthalan, dorsanvalization, ultrasound, wave therapy, laser and amplipulse, magnetotherapy here. Despite the large number of guests, the process is set up in such a way that you practically don’t have to wait for the procedure, and you move from one physiotherapy to another with the necessary medical break. Naphthalan bath services are a special topic. You are practically immersed in well-heated naphthalan, the time is measured, and at the end you are not even need to clean your skin yourself - here the staff scrapes off the remains of naphthalan, carefully but gently wipes you with soft paper towels and soaps your body several times with a new washcloth until the skin becomes absolutely clean. Special note about the water in Naphthalan. This is a special topic. You can drink this water straight from the tap. But what attracts you most is that your hair instantly becomes silky and shiny, the skin of your face and body becomes smooth and baby-like. But the first effect of staying in CHINAR Hotel&SPA is neck, back and jointment treatment. Some people come to Naftalan to treat neurological complications. I give it 5 stars!

What a wonderful property to stay. My wife and I stayed here for the second time for pain treatments for our back, knees, upper and lower legs. Here you will be treated well by all specialists. The employee is very nice to the visitors. Especially the reception staff (Ramil and Tapdiq) and from the oil bath Eldeniz and Elmira. Aynura, Revane, Aysel and Nazila from the hotel's electrical department were very nice and knowledgeable. Thanks for you hospitality, especially mister Madad Gasimov.

Медицинская услуга тоже в норме как полагается единственный не хватает ревматолог и дополнительные услуги платные

Отличный отель, сервис, медицинский персонал, знающий, добрый. Еда разнообразная, свежая, очень вкусная. Отзывчивый персонал отеля, менеджер Азида и Эльвира помогут решить все вопросы. Блюда шеф-повара ресторана Рамиля изысканны. Вы не пожалеете рекомендую, Рута из Латвии Otlichnyy otel', servis, meditsinskiy personal, znayushchiy, dobryy. Yeda raznoobraznaya, svezhaya, ochen' vkusnaya. Otzyvchivyy personal otelya, menedzher Azida, El'vira pomogut reshit' vse voprosy. Blyuda shef-povara restorana Ramilya izyskanny. Vy ne pozhaleyete o rekomendatsii.

Приехали в Chinar Hotel & Spa Naftalan и в Азербайджан впервые и не разу не пожалели. Понравилось ВСЕ: лечебная и диагностическая база, вежливый и доброжелательный персонал, квалифицированные врачи, внимательные медсестры в кабинетах физпроцедур и нафталановых ванн, чистота и уют в номерах, на этажах, ежедневная уборка номеров, качественная и вкусная еда. Замечательный бассейн, сауна и хамам. Хочется отметить каждого сотрудника санатория, всех перечислить всех невозможно, но благодарны всем, всем, всем! Уверены, что вернемся сюда еще не один раз! Всем огромное спасибо, санаторию- процветания!

Замечательный санаторий посещаем второй раз. Очень добродушный персонал, особенно в физиотерапии, профессиональный подход к лечению(Илаха, Назакят), очень хорошая кухня (Тимур, Рамиль шеф повар) и самое главное зачем мы здесь это нафталиновые ванны после которых забыли про боли и свой возраст (Намиг). Огромное спасибо всему персоналу, всем желаем большого счастья и мира. Уверен о новой встрече, с уважением Фирдавис , Гульназ (Москва)

Старый , грязны и потрёпанный отель, кондиционер не работает, еда отвратительная! Половина отеля отравилась едой и никакого отдыха не получила. Врачи и менеджеры постоянно врут. Никаких развлечений типо дискотек там нет. Цены на платные процедуры на 50% больше чем в других средних санаториях.
