Se entiende que vienes hasta aquí por los safaris... que estan muy mal organizados, que además para los blanquitos valen 10 veces más (no es una exageración) y te meten en un autobus que no ves mas que bambis, algún elefante y si tienes surte un jabalí. Eso es todo.. y como hotel, la piscina está turbia, la habitación esta bien pero no para el precio que vale, en el restaurante se esfuerzan pero es muy caro.

Really enjoyed the safaris and calm atmosphere of the resort. Food was also good and tasty. Bar area is too small. Staffs are excellent. Spa experience was nice. Special mention for Mr Chamraj and Mr Mahesh. Chef Ramakanth is great. Nice stay

First visit to a Serai resort, and I must say that we were thoroughly impressed! Right from the rooms, cleanliness, amenities, location and nature surrounding of the resort, the quality and taste of the food, and most importantly, the service and the friendliness of the staff, it's all very wonderful, and made our Anniversary 2-night stay an absolute pleasure! The waterfront villas are very nice, and you can enjoy a very picturesque view from your hammock or the balcony while sipping on some tea! They also provide hassle-free booking for safaris, and have many activities which adults & children can enjoy. We got a unexpected surprise anniversary cake the night before our check-out, compliments of the resort, and that just goes to show that the staff and resort will go to all lengths to ensure you have an awesome vacation at The Serai, Kabini!

Our recent stay Serai Kabini was excellent !!! Rooms are charming and located right on waterfront and one can see beautiful birds and hear melodious bird song right from the rooms. Very comfortably sized rooms, beautiful glass skylight in the washroom , amenities well stocked and first time we got several savoury and sweet goodies and juices all complimentary in our rooms! Staff is extremely attentive and very courteous. Food is excellent especially the breakfast spread and the South Indian specialities in the a la cart menus. Chef was so helpful and gracious to suggest a special off the menu item Benarasi Bedmi Puri sabji for us! The Dosa at breakfast was to die for ; amazing taste! Safaris were arranged very smoothly . Enjoyed our free coraical ride. Naturalist Mr Shekhar showed us many birds during the Nature walk in the property and during boat safari and jeep safari. Enjoyed using the hammock ; reading books from the library and the beautiful ambience of the property , greenery and landscaping . Food pricing for meals was also quite reasonable . Would recommend this resort to everyone ! !!

My Trip to The Serai Kabini was an experience which I will cherish throughout my life. The food at the Wildgrass Restaurant was delicious and the staff at the Restaurant were very kind. Mr. Saleem at the Reception was a very kind, friendly and helpful person. The Room was comfortable and the washroom was huge, and the Jacuzzi was spacious and luxurious. The Resort is vast and the view from the room overlooking The Kabini River was just mesmerizing and breathtaking. The Staff at the Resort were very hospitable, friendly, welcoming and professional. To Sum it up, this resort is an absolute Paradise and it is the best resort I’ve ever been to.

Setai Kabini is just a picture perfect resort on the banks of the Kabini reservoir. We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights here in a Waterfront Villa and were served extremely well by all the staff. The villa itself is not very spacious but is very well maintained. It was a bit far from the reception and restaurant but we always got their buggy service on call. The food was great and the breakfast buffet spread was all very decent. The overall property is huge and well maintained. Coming to the main attraction of Kabini, the wildlife safari; the resort manages the jeep/cantor booking for both the morning and afternoon safaris which starts from the JLR which is just few hundred metres away from Serai. Serai arranges for pickup and drop to JLR. We did one morning boat safari and one afternoon jeep safari. Unfortunately we couldn’t see the big cats but other than that we were lucky to see all the other animals with deers and elephants in hundreds. Overall we had a wonderful stay at Serai Kabini and would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay in a lovely chilled environment. Quality accommodation and great food delivered by a very friendly and attentive team. Really enjoyed the pool and the closeness to all the safari options (we did 3 in 3 days!) One small suggestion for the Chef - food and restaurant service was excellent. I would like to have had the option of boneless chicken in the many curries you offer and would happily have paid a premium.

A lovely oasis offering excellent service and beautiful views over the lake. We were here as a group of six and went on three safaris, with some great guides. All the staff were brilliant and worked hard to ensure we had a great time. The place is peaceful and also has many relaxation spots, a spa visit is a must. Would highly recommend.

The place is very serene and lush green; Right next to shore of River Kabini. They have huge land area of which only limited area is occupied by rooms Rooms were well done up though slightly smaller as compared to some other resorts in vicinity. Seems a bit pricey Staff is very sincere and hospitable- attends to each request promptly. Has lot of activities in house planned for residents and are included in room tariff. Very close to Jungle Lodge Resort( from where safari takes place) hence convenient to go to - if Safari is booked through them, they will arrange pick-up & drop.
