Addhuri Comforts Hotel

No cup board available in the room and the intercom is not working and not worth the price. Only cleaning is good and hygienic.

Bedbugs! they offered me a replacement room at 7 am on the day of checkout, had to spend the night dealing and sucking the life out of the trip. Basic washrooms. They promised a refund and, at the time of checkout, kept wasting out time for the refund

Location: the location is excellent. The palace and kr circle are within walking distance. Stay: i had booked a double room for my stay with two other friends. Considering its dussehra time, i called the owner to check if i can get an additional bed to stay together as it's only one night stay. As soon as he got my number he called around 20 times in every half an hour to ask me to cancel the booking and do a direct booking with them. I was scared to cancel the booking thinking what if they say, there is no room available. Anyway, i paid an additional 500 once i reached there for the extra bed. I had opted for the breakfast option. The next day when i had enquired about it the receptionist was not aware of it. Again we had to talk, and then he sent one of the hotel boys ***** with us to a nearby restaurant. Food is too oily there. So understand it's not adhhuri's inhouse breakfast. The hotel boy again came to us asking for money even though it's pre-paid. They arranged a taxi for us to visit chamundi hills and brindavan garden. Rate was fixed according to that. And the hotel people insisted 100% pure payment for the taxi and not to pay any amount to the driver. The surprise came next. Before starting the driver repeated the places we are going to visit. We had asked for 4 pm and finally he arrived at only 4. 40 pm and told the age old story of traffic. And as soon as chamundi hills and nearby aerial view point is over, the driver stopped at a mysore silks shop and told if you want you can shop. I insisted him to go to the garden, and he said it will be closed now. Again had to speak to take us t till the garden. The hotel people mainly interested in money rest are not of their concern at all. The next day again they started asking when we were vacating though we had time until 12. By 8 itself they wanted us to keep the luggage at reception and give them the key. A bad experience altogether.

Followings are demerit: 1. Room is of small size even movement is restricted. 2. No table where you can keep laptop for work. 3. Intercom not working. 4. Food provided from out side market below average quality. 5. Even tea is provided purchasing from street stall. 6. Unhygienic 7. Bathroom is very sabby. Clip not taken. This type of hotel terrif should not be more than rs 1500 but i was charged rs 7800.

The amenities are good and staff is also good we stayed for a day it was nice but still have to improve.

Good hotel but checkin timing is not good. Extra charge rs. 200- per person for early morning checking fee collect by hotel manager.
