Firstly, the reception service is pathetic. They have only one lift, which is very frustrating—you have to wait a long time just to go to the rooftop restaurant. The restaurant food is not good, and the service is extremely slow. Both the stay and the restaurant experience were chaotic; nothing works on time and the quality of service is poor.
The rooms are clean and hygienic, but they should have been a bit more spacious. You might bump into furniture or even the walls inside the room.
Lastly, the information mentioned on MakeMyTrip doesn’t seem to apply. When I brought it up with the reception, they simply said, "We don't know what MakeMyTrip has on the platform; we don’t have any such offer." Worst customer service.
