Pathetic people. Even after booking hotel in advance with full payment, they didn't provide rooms on arrival. Please don't book this hotel, they are complete scammers. They don't have any empathy for customers. Also, infrastructure is worst

Lift doesn’t work AC not working. Room flooded. Not even handwash provided in bathroom. Doors can’t even locked properly. Horrible staff. Mysore trip was perfect except this hotel. Receptionist and manager is full of attitude. 1 star is also too much should be 0. Only O star not Olive star

Checked in and checked out almost immediately. That perhaps sums up the status of the hotel. - reception with lots of misinformation. - Rickety lift - Non-functional AC. - bad attitude of staff - grand old vintage hotel but badly maintained

Very poor hygiene and pathetic services. The rooms are a health hazard with pests and bed bugs. My family members were bitten and ended up falling sick! We had to leave the hotel in the middle as there was no manager or helpers, no extra rooms or even extra beds. We have filed a petition to shut this hotel down. Keep away! Why Tripadvisor still shows booking for these kind of rooms is very depressing.

Horrible experience. Had bed full of bed bugs and was not even offered extra bed . Very rude staff. No manager was present throughout the stay. The manintaince guys had no clues about how to solve the issue. Mr Felix the manager. And hotel owner Riaz none of them responded. Didn't even offer apologies. Planning to file a petition in consumer court
