If you like “ocean views” that consist only of staring at people lounging in pool chairs, roaches & other bugs, and filthy outdated rooms that haven’t been updated since 1960, this is your place! This place is disgusting!

While our room was dated, it served a purpose. Walk out the front door and the whole city was there waiting for us to have an adventure. Walk out the back door and nothing but perfectly groomed beach, The City of Myrtle Beach does an awesome job. Be a Guest or Owner at the facility and enjoy the beach all year round.

PERFECT location location location! Right out the back door and on the beach!!! What a fantastic view and relaxing place! Family friendly and walking distance to so many amenities including beach bars, restaurants, ice cream/candy stores and shopping, biking, and the board walk!

Too many people are referring to their accomodations as a 'room'. There's a whole lot more than a 'room'. Grand vacations in Myrtle Beach. Weather is in the 70s in February. Plenty of shopping venues; golf courses galore; boardwalk to fish from; a 20+ mile beach; water parks for the kids; Charleston is a little over an hour away; seafood buffets everywhere. The unit has bunk beds in a separate alcove and a queen bed in the master bedroom. All utensils, cooking amenities; plenty of closet space. Bathroom is a little small, but how much time do ya spend THERE?? Two bedroom units both face the beach and are much roomier. Maintenance and housekeeping are just a call away. Plenty of parking;

I am one of the owners of a suite, and I try to come each year. I did not come last year, but I did come in 2020. That was a nightmare with roaches, etc. But this stay was very good. No roaches. No bugs. Pleasant staff. Parking is good. Access to the beach is great. I really enjoyed myself. I hated that it ended when it did.

This was an interval exchange and very disappointed that it is even consider as an option to exchange! The resort is located right on the beach and all units have a million dollar view! BUT the resort is dilapidated and is need of lots of repairs and updating! The furnishings are old and worn, the kitchen area has ants, cockroaches and other bugs, The liens, towels, bathrooms are clean and beach access is the best! But is worth staying there? I would say not! The staff are very nice and not at fault but the owners of the resort and interval should be ashamed that they are actually allowing guests to stay there!

Place is a dump. They are closing at the end of September 2022 and stop maintaining the place. Roaches on kitchen wall, ice machine broken, dirty, dusty, old smelly carpet, kitchen in unit in foyer, 2nd bedroom is in a closet, no staff present between 5pm to 8am, dirty and stained linen, trash smells in hallway, and internet is very slow. Furniture very outdated. The only positive thing is it was plenty of free parking and all rooms have balconys that face the beach.

We were given a unit on the bottom floor with only the view of some tall bushes and the common sitting area. There were several annoying issues with the unit like the toilet constantly running after most flushes, outlets that plugs would not stay in, uncomfortable bed, and other things.

Roaches running up the kitchen area wall. Bugs flying in the bathroom. Ice machine broken down and not fixed until next day but had towels under it the whole time we stayed for the water leaking from it. If you ask for two bedrooms and get one bedroom and a space with two bunk beds, there is a problem. Hotel would not move us to a room the size we asked for. I could go on and on but you get the idea.
