The stay has a private Oceanview balcony and a modern finish. This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience. Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Myrtle Beach's Ordinance rules. Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!! Situated on the north end of Myrtle Beach in a quiet, amenity-filled neighborhood. Not only does the resort have 4 dining options of its own, but right next door is the "Local-famous" River City Café. This is a great location for vacationers looking to be centered between 2 of the areas top destinations: Broadway at The Beach and Barefoot Landing. Both hose many local restaurants and shops, and could fill an entire day's worth of fun! We recommend a car or rental vehicle to get around town. If you do plan on staying at the Resort for most of your trip, Uber and Lyft are excellent ride-sharing options in the area. Minimum age to book this property is : 21
