The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Parking lot is across the street. Entry: Complex elevator is available. 2nd floor. Beach: Direct access from the complex! 2 beach chairs in the condo! Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. A/C: A/C and heat. Set the temperature to your desired level! PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay. *2 vehicles permitted* Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 2nd Wednesday. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement.
