we stayed at the PI Preston North on several occasions, the rooms are comfortable, nice shower room,you can open the window and not rely on aircon. the gentleman who checked us in, unfortunately I didn't get his name, is joyful. the hotel is situated in quiet area with several pubs, eateries nearby and Garstang is only a few minutes drive away

Stayed here for the last 16 weeks whilst working locally. All the rooms have been clean and well presented. Staff are always available, approachable and friendly. The Roebuck (pub) next door is also very good for breakfast and evening meals.

Lovely Hotel, clean well refurbished rooms. Friendly service, convenient for trips from Scotland to Portsmouth. Good food from pub located alongside. Will be our go to in the future for our stop off on trips north to south. See you again soon!

Most Premier Inns are very much alike, but not this one. Lovely smallish Inn set in a small village. A canal runs through the village so you can have a pleasant relaxing walk along the towpath. Upon arrival, I was impressed with how clean and tidy the Inn looked. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My bedroom was as you would expect from a Premier Inn - very clean and comfortable. My room being at the back of the Inn, overlooking fields, was very quiet. I cannot vouch for the front facing rooms, as they are facing the A6 main road, though I would expect they live up to Premier Inns reputation for provide peaceful, quiet rooms. However, the Inn is set well back from the main road and is well shielded by trees.

Fantastic hotel, I stayed here a few years ago before it got renovated and thought it was fine then but after the renovation it's went up another notch. Really fresh and clean rooms, almost on a par with some premier plus rooms to be honest. The walk in shower was a great addition and the bed as always was good, always have good sleeps at a Premier Inn. Re the staff, I found them to be very friendly and helpful from start to finish, always had a smile on their face which was brilliant. The food at breakfast and dinner also to a good standard and location is good if you want to go for long walks nearby. I highly recommend and will stay again.

Our stay at this hotel was super, not to mention the outstanding customer service given to us by Sarah who works at the reception, she was extremely helpful, attentive and promptly addressed any issues we had. Definitely improved our stay!

A warm welcome, great staff, very friendly, nothing too much trouble and will recommend to family and friends. Look forward to our next visit. Spotless and value for money ! The place is set off the main road and is quiet. Lots to do locally and pub next door for food which is great.

Booked overnight in a Premier Plus room for our drive back home to Scotland. Our flight was delayed at Manchester so we arrived later than expected. We were given a warm, friendly welcome by Dejay. Our room was clean and well equipped. Bed comfortable and very quiet. For the small extra cost, the Premier Plus rooms are well worth it. They have everything you need including a coffee machine, large rainfall shower, fridge with complimentary water and lots more.

This Premier Inn has really good reviews and my experience having had an overnight stay today with my son was that they are very well deserved. Reception staff friendly and helpful, room was of good quality with everything we needed and was really clean and tidy. Quiet night despite the nearby road. Breakfast taken at the restaurant next door also good with friendly staff. We'll done indeed!
