30 km south-west of Jyväskylä, L.Muuratjärvi 50 m (length 12 km, width 4,5 km), shallow, hard sanded swimming shore, own boat. Wooden 2-storey chalet 2009, living room/kitchen, bedroom 2 beds. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms 2 beds in each, lobby and WC. Downstairs: hall, washroom/WC, terrace and porch. Chalet has geothermal heating system, underfloor heating, mechanical ventilation and artesian well water. Separate sauna building (25 m²), washroom/WC, room with fireplace and open porch. Chalet with sensible layout, located on a sunny hillock on shore of Lake Muuratjärvi; plot level and grassy. From sauna gentle slope for 15 m to swimming shore, paths have slabs. Good fishing and berry picking opportunities. Nearest neighbour 150 m; this is owner’s other chalet (5144). Water in the tap comes from a well and contains some iron, which causes some taste in the water. However, it's examined and safe to use as a household water.
