Hampton Inn Mustang

MY ENCOUNTER WAS OF SATISFACTION.......ONLY ONE PROBLEM WAS THE HEAVY SHADE WOULD NOT COVER THE ENTIRE WINDOW, BUT WE WORKED WITH IT AND GOT IT OPERATING.....

OKC是農業州，據説一個州不過400萬人口。這個酒店離機場比較近，打uber也很方便。不過我們早上比較早趕飛機，uber等了好一會才有車。酒店附近就有吃飯的地方，相當於一個商圈，有個沃爾瑪。

As always an excellent stay at Hampton Inn. I was in Mustang, OK for a 3 day conference. I arrived the night before the conference. The hotel and my room were spotless, very clean. There was a bit of road noise as my room was right on the main highway but nothing that kept me awake at night and over all the hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was the usual of eggs, sausage, biscuits, potatoes one day, waffles, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, pastries and hot fresh coffee. It was a good breakfast. I checked in via my phone and had digital key which was a nice option. The young lady at the desk was newer but was helpful and pleasant. Hampton is our choice of Hotels and this one did not disappoint!

Loved this hotel!!! Richard B. at the front desk was so welcoming and professional at check in. Jennifer was very helpful and patient at check out as well. Esperanza in housekeeping/kitchen was so sweet and kind. My husband and I got to practice a little Spanish with Esperanza and Jennifer. Sorry for our poor pronouneation and sad accents. Beautiful decor of horses everywhere, very clean and comfortable hotel. Wonderful stay and will be back again!!!

Asked for the room to be cleaned twice, not done. Had a stopped up sink that some Drano could have fixed. Couldn't fix without maintenance man. Given stained and towels with holes in them when asked for extra towels (see pics). Found a toy car under the desk indicating room wasn't cleaned well. Just not up to Hilton standards. Manager didn't even ask how our stay was when we checked out. I hadn't commented on anything at the time and she didn't ask, so I didn't report to her as she was not interested in us. Just handed us the receipt and was done. Not a good Hampton.

Smoking allowed right in front of entrance, due to cigarette ashtray located at front door and manager advised that was so smokers would not throw cigarette butts in grass and cause fires Vehicles allowed to park in fire lane and management advised they didn’t understand why the illegal parking affected my stay.

Really great representation of the brand. Either it's newer or it's been renovated nicely. The property and room looked great. My room was clean and everything in order. Microwave and fridge and a bathtub too. Door closers were working great. You can always tell how well a hotel is cared for by the stairwells and theirs were well kept and carpeted. Close to some shopping and restaurants and the price was super reasonable.

Nice clean hotel. Good location close to stores and restaurants. Spacious rooms. But … can be infested by bedbugs. Main source of them - oil field workers who stay there on company’s expense. Good luck.

I stayed for one night. Woke up and felt a little itchy, checked out and within a few hours then realized the itchiness was from bites and bumps on my elbows and legs. I contacted the hotel online on 3/11, received a generic email saying someone would contact me within 3 days and never heard back. I contacted customer service on 3/17 (6 days later) and was placed on hold after I provided my case number. The rep came back on the phone after 15 minutes and said he'd talked to the manager and that pest control had been called and no sign of bed bugs in room. I let him know I had bites on my body and maybe there wasn't an absolute infestation, but I definitely had bed bug bites. No one else in my group had issues (we were all in different rooms). He left me on hold another 10 minutes or so and came back and said the manager would be contacting me and giving me a reimbursement through rewards points. This was not my request but at that point I was ok with that. After the call I received a generic email saying "we hope you are satisfied with the resolution" for any further assistance reply to this message. I logged into my rewards account a few days later and realized that I was only awarded the equivalent of $20/$25 dollars. This is unacceptable and not what was discussed. I have emailed Hilton again on 3/20 to let them know I need a full refund or equivalent of 1 night stay in points. Here we are 3/28 and no response. I tried handling this issue discreetly and allow them to resolve the issue and avoid any further issues with that room and have not been contacted appropriately or even at all! Every conversation I've had has been me contacting them looking for a resolution. I am very disappointed to say the least.
