Helios Cave Kapadokya

This is an excellent value hotel. We had ‘Urgup’ room which was very spacious but less like a ‘cave’ than other rooms. Strange layout with hall between bedroom and bathroom which had a random gym bench in it! Beautiful views from terrace. Comfy bed. Nice linens and pillows. Would absolutely recommend for the price.

In fact, it was possible to put 2 stars, but the poor attitude towards customers is repulsive. I can't speak for all the rooms in the hotel, but the spa room is the biggest disappointment in 5 months of traveling in Turkey. The bedroom and the toilet + bath area are in no way separated from each other. Therefore, all sewer smells and dampness will be by your bed. You will be told that this is the smell of natural stone, but it is not. I went down deep into the underground city and even there there is no sewer smell. Also, their spa bath is leaking and you won't be able to enjoy your bath as you'll notice a huge flood and have to wipe it dry. Start wiping and find someone else's hair and dust on the floor. After taking a bath with a rag on the floor, you will want to go into the room to drink water, and you will find someone else's cigarette butt in a glass. The receptionist will answer your objections with something like “Why are you bothering me just because of a cigarette butt. This is a decorative glass and you don’t drink from it, but a cigarette butt from past guests. What’s the problem?”. After such an attitude, you understand that you are just talking about different things. I'm not talking about the language barrier, I'm talking about the semantic barrier. We just got up and left the next day, they refused to return the payment for unused days. Well good luck to this place with such a bad attitude, there will be a new tourist tomorrow. And under the windows of this room (room with spa bath tube) there is a recreation area for guests and staff, so their conversations will be heard directly to you. In addition, this is the next room from the reception desk. Therefore, there will be plenty of noise. Thanks for reading.

Öncelikle yorumlar içerisinde kötü yorum yazan kişileri görünce insanın aklına soru işaretleri gelir ya... Hiç o soru işaretleri ile kafanızı bulandırmayın... Bilal bey ile tanışın ve "adam gibi adam" bu dünyada az kalmış diyeceksiniz... Eksikler eğer ki olursa anında telafisi yapılacaktır... Kültür turu olduğunu ve butik otel olduğunu aklınızdan çıkarmadan ve ne istediğinizi bilerek KAPADOKYA civarında kalmak istiyorsanız hiç düşünmeden bu oteli tercih edebilirsiniz... Kendi arabamla 5 gün kaldım her bölgeye kolayca rahat rahat gezdim ve komple harcadığım kilometre 150 km'i geçmedi... Bu mesafeleri İstanbul' da bir gün de yapıyoruz... Kısacası tercihiniz nezih, temiz, rahat, sessiz, huzurlu ve kesenize uygun bir otel ise bu bölgede kesinlikler tavsiyemdir. Merkeze uzak filan da değil ayrıca... Bilal bey ile tanışmak için bile gelinir... ADAM GİBİ ADAM...

Tesis olarak çok güzel ve konum olarakta Gezilecek yerlere yakın kesinlikle tavsiye ederim , Kerem beye ilgi ve alakalarından dolayı teşekkür ederiz ATV turu yapmamızı tavsiye etti ve çok memnun kaldık .

Odalar resimde gösterildiği gibi içiniz rahat olsun. Otel sahipleri güler yüzlü insanlar odanın içinde olması gereken herşey var, arabanızla Ürgüp Göreme ayağınızın altı gibi yakın bir mesafede. Kısacası odamızın dekoru tarihi bize yaşattı çok memlun kaldık.
