The hotel's condition and services were unsatisfactory. It appeared to be poorly maintained, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout the premises. Additionally, there was no heating system available.

Room was not clean so much of dirt in windows. Shower was not working. Staff is polite but room is not good at all. Only thing which was good is location of hotel

It was perfect place to stay there. I liked the behaviour of the staff and food. I will say please don't book the basement room. Because i felt suffocation.

It was a very good stay. Hotel owner is so good, he even helped us get cab for local sightseeing in affordable price. Location of hotel is perfect. Proper parking facility even during peak season. Overall, i will definitely recommend hotel naaz

I have booked the property one week before but then also i was not informed that the washroom is under renovation. When i have cheeked in then they told me about and then i have no option to go in any other property. I have to common bathroom. This is not acceptabe.

Don't go with their stays, they gave us room in the basement where their labour stays. They have kitchen items downstairs, what they call executive room and super deluxe where in geyser won't work
