Dear, Hotel Management, I encountered a disappointing experience upon my arrival at Ramee guestline hotel the security guard mistakenly thought i was drunk or coming from a club he prevented me from entering the lobby due the nightclub closing. After check in, I requested to speak with a manager,but, the guard raised voice and gestured towards me in front of him manager. While the crowded entrance may have contributed to the misunderstanding, i went to clarify that I was not under the influence; I had simply come from outside I requested for an apology but, received no acknowledgment, which lead me to check out immediately, feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. I believe all guests deserve respect dignity and I hope my feedback helps improve future experiences they should used other door exists for club only not main entrance door hotel lobby.
