Pine Top Hotel Murree

*Pine Court Murree* Being one of the renowned lodges these days and one of the instagram famous as well. The manager and the owner are highly disrespectful human beings. Making fun of their guests. I booked a villa of 3 bedrooms and paid 91,000 rupees in advance, the rest was supposed to be paid at the time of check-in but they did not have card machine because obviously they do not pay their taxes. We did inform them that we will have them transferred and its not our first time staying here, we have been staying since only one cottage was built back in 2020. When we inside the villa with 4 toddlers, which was being cleaned, their manager said you can’t enter the villa, first make the payment and he was extremely rude. When owner was told about all this scenario, who knew that payment will be transferred but unfortunately he couldn’t find a solution rather he humiliated my father even more who is 65 years old. Mentioned “It is better for us if you guys leave the premises” without being apologetic. He had no ethics, being in the hospitality industry, this is not how it works, I have been to more than 20 countries, booked multiple hotels and resorts, never in my lifetime I have experienced such toxic behaviour. “You can leave”, were his words Unapologetic behaviour, extremely disappointed!
